Platinum Painting and Gutters

Platinum Painting did a great job. They were punctual, very clean, and very professional. They did a great job and completed the work in 1 day. The fence looks wonderful. (They were the most expensive bid I received; however, their superior workmanship, reputation, & quality were worth the extra expense.) Overall, I am very happy with their work and would hire them again in the future.

No complaints whatsoever. Teresa is great and is willing to break down the cost room by room. I will definitely use W2W for future projects.

The quality of this experience cannot be overstated. Theresa Blackwell is an astute businessmen and exceedingly bright.. She approaches the job with humility, compassion and incredible communication skills. The care and exactness she applies to the job is incredible. This team restores, paints and finishes - and they do so incredibly. She uses a crew that is nothing short of artistic in their approach to the job. They use the special care one expected from artisans of days gone by. They used deliberate smooth brushstrokes and their hand work is superb. The finish in our living room was so good that it is totally impossible to tell where their work began and the original work ended except for the fact that our other living room walls don't look as good. I watched them work all day in utter amazement. They cleaned as they went along and not one speck of dust or dirt remained on the floor. They were pleasant, they played Tejano music at a reasonable level. They talked quietly but amiably creating a fun and efficient atmosphere. They took a break about 1 PM. They never asked for a thing and were very kind each time I approached them to see how things were going. They were more than happy to show the work. I asked them questions in Spanish and each time I received intelligent answers one would expect from professionals. I asked the foreman if he wouldn't mind applying a lock plate as the entire door and frame had been removed - and the tear out team had not left the plate. These men were so good that they drilled a hole for the door bolt without having a lock plate. We quickly purchased a new lock plate and instead of complaining - the men cheerfully installed not one - but two lock plates without question. Theresa Blackwell returned three or four times - spreading herself among several projects. We discussed all the issues and I even called about the lock plate and she had no issue with sending someone out later if we had to. No need - the foreman put the plates in himself as I said. What a totally professional wonderful experience. This lady has a goldmine going because she has the sense to help when she needs to, leave her crew alone to do their job and provide an incredible, professional face to the customer. I would use these people again and again and again. Theresa is an artist at heart and a shrewd businesswomen in her soul - ask her about her background. The crew and she are a superb team. Thanks to both of them. My BEST experience with a contractor ever.

Very timely response. Came when they said they would. Very neat and clean. Scheduled a follow-up because of rain the next day prevented the final inspection of work performed. Office extremely easy to work with to set up next appointment. At last minute (nearly 5:00) asked them to also paint the shutters which required a diffferent color of paint. They matched the door paint, got the paint and completed the same day. All in all an extremely professional job. Will certainly use them again.

She thought they were very professional and efficient. They got it done in the time quoted and within the amount quoted. Things look great and they will use them again in the future.

It was great! We had no problems at all. The lady that gave the estimate was prompt and called to let me know she would be just 5 minutes late. They did a good job and we would use them again. I didn't compare prices but it seemed reasonable. They prepped and filled any nail holes. In the master bedroom, they had to sand the baseboards before painting.

Teresa called back in a timely manner & gave me an estimate over the phone. The work was done within 3 days of my call. The guys were running a little late, but called me to let me know. Very professional, did a great job.

Theresa responded to my request for a quote very quickly and came out to view areas of the house (interior) to be painted as agreed and with surprising professionalism. The project was for several rooms. She emailed the quote and after we accepted the quote and agreed on a time for the painting to begin, her crew of painters arrived on time and started right to work taking care not to soil carpets while they were painting. They asked questions if needed and were polite at all times. Theresa did a portion of the painting herself in one room that was a sports room for my husband. The star was perfect and my husband was elated. I would recommend Theresa and her crews at W2W Painting to anyone wanting to hire painters that are honest, punctual, professional and take pride in their work. We also just had them paint the exterior which was as well done as the interior.

The whole process went very well. She took a lot of measurements and was very precise. They were actually in the running that was the reason I chose them to do the estimate.

It was a very good experience. The owner Theresa was very punctual in getting back to me. Her estimate was pretty much right in line. The crew came in and did the work, left and everything was perfect. There wasn't any need to touch ups.

The owner came out and he was very direct. He was open and honest. We had issues halfway through the job. He came back and gave me my options of how to fix it. George was the project manager and Julio was the lead guy for the painting crew. They were both very good and very informative. They were polite and professional. I had three comparisons for price.

Their bid was high. I ended up going with a lower bid. I wanted the person to be included in the work as I had explained everything to her. I would consider them in the future.

Very nice discussion and explanation with company rep of work to be done. The following day, after a property inspection with Phillips Painting , the decision to contract with Phiillips was made even though the price was higher. Additional work was needed. The quality of painting and carpentry work proposed and completed was excellent and very satisfactory.

Perfect. Everything she said she was going to do she did. Even when one wall had a semi gloss instead of a flat, she ran out and got the right paint and had her guys redo it before they left. Awesome.

They were courteous, fast and did quality work. When we start painting our interior, we'll have them back.

Theresa and her crew showed up on time and went right to work.They did everything as agreed on and cleaned up after they were finished.I had taken off all the old door locks,bought new ones and the painting crew offered to install them for me. It took them awhile as they are not locksmiths but they got it done! They even took off their shoes before they came into the house! Theresa Blackwell returned all my phone calls and e-mails in a timely manner.Great job!

Platinum Painting were amazing. They did an excellent job. They arrived on time. They cleaned up after their work. They are kind and very good at what they do. It meets and exceeds expectations. They respond almost immediately, even when you leave a message. They responded with their bids very quickly.

Theresa, along with being very professional, was also extremely nice and helpful from start to finish. Her crew was also very nice and professional. We were so impressed that we asked Theresa to come back and finish up a room we had started painting and texture and paint our master bathroom. Again they did a fantastic job from start to finish. Theresa was so helpful. She not only helped us pick out our color and texture for our bathroom, she constantly checked in to make sure everything was going well and on schedule.

Wonderful. Theresa is very prompt in her responses and punctual in our meetings to get estimates, pick colors, and schedule the work. The painting crew was very professional and puntucal as well. Clean up was very good.

It went awesome. Theresa is so easy to work with and is really good at helping you pick out paint colors. She can also come out to see you and get the work completed in the same week. The crew is really good about picking up after themselves and I didn't find any trash or debris when I came home from work at the end of the day. I have actually used W2W again for small paint jobs in the house after my first experience went so well.

I had used Theresa's company to paint the interior rooms at my office. I liked the work her crew did and asked her for an estimate for the outside of my house. We scheduled an appt and we walked around the house while I explained exactly what I wanted done. Theresa e-mailed me an estimate and we set a date for the work. She visited on Thursday, and explained to her crew chief what she wanted done and they power washed the house. They returned on Friday to do the prep and painting. Theresa also visited to make sure everything was going well.

I needed a professional office painted with a specific brand and type of paint. My home office designated the colors of the paint and the nap on the roller! Theresa offered to paint on a Saturday, but we chose to have it done on a Wednesday. She was able to work her crew so that we were able to continue doing business, and they were through much quicker than we had anticipated.

After my first call, Theresa came out promptly to give me an estimate and advice me as to my design options. She readily answered all my questions, offered helpful advice and soon followed up with an estimate. Even if her estimate had been higher than the other one I had obtained, her friendly demeanor and professionalism would probably have won me over! Since her estimate was actually a bit lower than another one, I was happy to hire someone who I felt so confidant about. The day of service, she arrived in a dress and heels, explaining that she needed to attend the funeral of a close friend of the family--but she got her crew started before she left and they did a wonderful job. She left a number where I could reach her, if needed, and she called to check in with me to make sure all was well. Originally, we didn't think it would be necessary to remove the wallpaper (it had already been primed for paint in some places)--so that hadn't been factored into the estimate. But her crew decided it would be best to go ahead and remove it--which I am sure added significant time and effort to the job, but the cost remained the originally stated amount. The crew was friendly, very clean and worked quickly. They were done within the time promised. I expect to call them again, and really appreciate the quality service and my bathroom looks great!

Professional presentation about company when estimate was provided. Had Sherwin Williams color wheel, which helped us finalize colors. Estimate cale next day - detailed line item estimate was very clear with a few options listed with prices so we could include/exclude after estimate. Was not least expensive but was close to all bids and professionalism was worth it. We will be using them again in May for larger job.

Theresa is Wonderful! She was very quick to respond to my messages and had great communication. We actually had them come back on two separate occasions for the two rooms, once on 11/3/09 and again on 11/7/09. She was on time when she came by to give us an estimate and was extremely helpful in picking out the perfect colors for the two rooms. I have tried to paint a blue room before and could not get the right tone, she showed me a few that she thought would work and the one we chose was perfect! We have also gotten multiple complements from friends and family on how great the rooms look. W2W was also very accessible, they were able to paint both of our rooms within a few days of our estimate. The crew of three men that came to paint were extremely professional, and very neat. They put plastic down over all the flooring and baseboards and moved furniture out of the area/way to keep it clean as well. They were very quick, probably 3 hours per room and it looked amazing! They also left the rooms extremely clean when they were finished. I cannot say enough nice things about Theresa and her crew of men, they were fantastic and I have already referred them to other people I know.
