Platinum Painting and Gutters

Platinum Painting is exceptional! Miguel is absolutely the best! We needed to repaint the entire interior of our house prior to putting it on the market for sale right after the new year. We had all interior walls, ceilings, trim, interior facing doors, front and back door trim (inside and out) painted and some spot drywall and trim repair. Closets were excluded. We also needed our entire kitchen pantry repainted (including shelves). The quote was competitive and very reasonable. The work performed was top notch! Miguel and the painters that came in for the work were all 100% professional, kind, courteous and equally important highly skilled in the trade with excellent attention to detail. Now that that house has just sold and we just closed on our new house, we will be looking only to Platinum Painting for our next painting project.

Our experience with Platinum Painting and Gutters was superb. I initially spoke with Pam who was courteous and prompt in setting up my appointment. Daniel arrived right on time, walked through and listened to my needs and concerns and had a knowledgeable answer for every questions I had. He surveyed, diagrammed his plan, and presented me with what I felt to be a very fair quote for work to be done. I agreed on the spot. He worked with him management to set up a time for a crew to come out and professional dealt with a scheduling conflict we had for the first proposal. They seamlessly moved our installation up several days. Wilfredo was the foreman of our crew. They arrived on time and did exactly as Daniel had drawn up. The gutters looked wonderful, but upon testing them that evening, I noticed a small leak on the side of one of the gutters. Given the scope of the project, this was the only flaw. I contacted Daniel again who immediately and apologetically scheduled a crew to come back out the very next day upon sending pictures of the issue. The leak was fixed quickly and everything looks and functions phenomenally. This all took place during the COVID-19 pandemic, and Platinum Painting and Gutters didn't skip a beat. They've obviously done quality work for many other customers, and I consider myself completely satisfied as well. I will refer them to anyone needing gutter installation or repair in my area.

We purchased a home in October of 2018, which needed much updating. After much research we chose platinum painting to paint the interior of the home. Ben promptly met us at our new residence. He was very courteous and professional. He walked each room with us listening to what we (my wife) wanted. You made us feel at ease with his knowledge and suggestions of textures and sheens. While other contractors were very vague and at times cocky Ben made us feel very comfortable with our (wife😄) decisions. We made our choices and signed a contract with a date in mind. Once again we were wowed when Rene, the foreman, and his crew pulled up the morning of the date agreed upon. They were very kind and professional and worked in a timely manner. Platinum Painting went above and beyond anything we thought they were going to do. We were extremely pleased with results and will use them for any future painting we need! Great job guys!

Very professional crew as well as efficient.

They did an OK job on the paint but wanted me to do a walk through before the work was complete. There were several areas not painted and there were drips on the floors and on the toilet after they wer finished. Their payment process is the biggest problem. The only way they will let you pay is over the phone. Someone writes down your card number and then charges you later that day. Secure payment sites are so easy to set up these days, there is no reason to risk your customer's data.

Victor and his team of painters were at my house for 4 very busy and productive days and the finished project was so much more than I had hoped for. Victor's team was organized and meticulous in prep, painting, and clean up. Victor kept me informed each day about what would be accomplished. Rod was always available for any questions or details that I might have. As I told both of them, the best words I can use to describe the outcome is that the rooms they painted are "gorgeously perfect!!!" I worked with Anthony who was always professional. He provided me the quotes and information as requested. His team did an excellent job, and cleaned up after themselves (no spilled paint and they cleaned their equipment in a manner that did not leave a mess). I even had rotting siding that I needed replaced before painting, which they offered to do as part of the job. It's been a couple of months since the job was complete, and I am very satisfied with the overall result. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who needs painting work done.

Ben and the crew from Platinum Painting were excellent, and we deeply appreciate the wonderful job they did for us. The paint crew were prompt, professional, paid attention to detail, and skilled and dedicated workers. They repaired holes or defects in walls, windows, etc. from prior owner and sealed areas around trim and cleaned the areas prior to painting. The painting is beautiful, including trim. We are so happy with the work performed, and plan to use them again in the future. Can't say enough about how positive our experience was with Platinum Painting!

I spoke with the office on the same day of the inquiry and was scheduled with Rod for early the following week. Rod arrived on time and was great. Very knowledgeable and professional. A written estimate was provided within 30 mins. We went with another vendor who provided a quote that was on par with Platimums but included more wood repair (which we desperately needed).

We recently completed a whole home interior paint projects (3/2 1800 sq ft). Ivan, our project manager, walked the house with me and provided a fully detailed, written estimate afterwards. We chose this company due to the competitive pricing (not the cheapest or most expensive), online reviews (from several sources) and that they have employees (which makes the bid a bit higher but worth it). They arrived on time (every day) with the correct paint. We were fortunate to have a 5-man team who worked hard, start to finish, each day (no messing around, too many breaks etc). They covered everything appropriately and none of our floors or personal items were damaged or accidentally painted. When they had to move our larger antiques, bed, electronics, they were careful. They staged their materials appropriately in the rooms (if you have a larger family than our 2-person household and need to live in while doing it, make sure that's known so they'll clean up every night or 'camp out' with your kids and make it fun). They were very accommodating of my request to repaint certain sections up to three times (paint samples were bleeding through). They really seemed like they wanted me to be happy. Happy I was. Because I could stay home while they were working, I could answer questions if needed, but they went to work and so did I. We had little interaction and that was fine. We walked through each day to check progress. They let me blue tape areas to tackle the next day. At the end we did a final walk through and it was a beautiful project. They even took the mirrors off the wall to paint behind them! I highly recommend and may hire them to paint our garage when we move in a few years.

I am pleased with the job, the one thing that was disappointing is the ceiling texture in some areas. The previous owner scraped the popcorn ceiling and the painters were supposed to just smooth it out, it does not appear they did anything except paint it. It seems like things that I communicated originally or to the lead (not the foreman) did not necessarily always get communicated to the team actually doing the work. The workers did a great job, were very professional and jumped on any request I had, they are very hard workers.

Chris came promptly and gave an estimate on the spot. I asked him about other problem walls (wallpaper that wouldn't come off) and ended up, in addition to the original ceiling paint and repairs, hiring his painting techs to re-texture the entry walls, paint the entry and 20 ft. hall, dining room walls & ceiling . They were all very good, you can tell they've done this a long time. Not a speck of paint anywhere it wasn't supposed to be. I wish I would have had them texture and paint the game room.

Platinum painting was the lowest cost of three bids I got on painting the exterior of my 3,700 sq ft. brick and wood trim house, and their bid included using better paint than the other two companies! I couldn't be happier with the entire process and result! Chris A. was our sales & job manager and had extensive experience plus the personality to help me make the best choices. Chris and his crew arrived on a Thursday to pressure-wash all wood surfaces. The next day, his crew prepped and painted the entire house, as well as repairing or replacing with Hardie board, all wood chewed by squirrels. They installed galvanized flashing and painted it to match the trim at all places under the eaves where critters could get in. I highly recommend doing this for peace of mind. It's a lot cheaper than hiring someone to get critters out of your attic! Overall, the job went extremely smoothly, it looks fantastic, and all interactions with Chris were top-notch. I will hire them again for my next painting job.

We were very pleased with Platinum Painting. Ivan was great! He listened to our concerns and questions and did not hesitate to fix a few minor issues once the job was done (a few small areas that needed sheetrock repair and a few spots where the previous dark paint did not get fully covered). The guys arrived on time and got the entire interior of our house painted in 2 days. We would absolutely use them again. Recommend without reservation.

The team was great. Work was done on the estimated day promised. They took extra care to replace all bad wood encountered during the job. Ben exceeded my expectations for follow up. House looks great and most importantly my wife is very happy......

They returned my call in minutes, scheduled a time to come out and give me a quote, left the quote with me. The other company I called took several days to get back with a quote that was several hundred dollars more. The sales person, Chris, kept me updated with texts about the scheduling and when it changed for the weather, he would always let me know. They showed up at 8:30 Saturday morning and stayed until about 6:00 that evening. It was completely done and looked great. They cleaned up behind themselves and moved all the pool furniture back. I would highly recommend this company.
