They did a great job, very professional, good price, excellent workmanship, and they got it done ahead of schedule. With a brick home and cement board trim, I have an almost maintenance free exterior.

I met with several painting companies, but Platinum stood out. Ivan was punctual and professional on our first meeting, and gave me a written bid immediately. Every other company was slow to do that. After going over all my options, I felt that Platinum was a good fit. I reached out to Ivan and he worked with me to make sure I got the best deal. Leo and his crew showed up right on time to the scheduled pain day. The completed the entire house in 2 days (2200 Sq Ft). They did a phenomenal job! I am so pleased with the color and workmanship. I would definitely recommend them!!

After having Platinum Painting referred to me by a third party contractor, and having read the reviews, I made an appointment for an exterior painting estimate. Chris arrived promptly, thoroughly inspected the premises, and provided a fair estimate. We spoke several times, and he was very responsive and detailed in answering questions. The project began immediately after a rain delay, beginning with a power wash. Victor's crew was very professional and did a great job on carpentry work as well as painting the entire exterior. Chris stopped by a couple of times during the day, as did another supervisor. Clean-up was thorough and the exterior now looks like new. I am very pleased with all aspects of the Platinum experience and would gladly recommend them.

No follow-through on quote and willingness to match paint to avoid painting of entire ceiling. We have used Platinum Painting in the past to paint the entire inside of our home including trim and ceilings (approximately 3 years ago). That job was done very well. They painted the outside of our home this spring. We were surprised at the lack of follow-through by the estimator. We repeatedly tried to contact him to try to see if he was successful in matching the paint and he failed to return any of the phone calls. His statement that the paint could not be matched was inaccurate since my husband took a paint chip to Sherwin-Williams (where the paint for both previous jobs had been purchased) and it was matched exactly with little effort. Because of the poor service on the estimate process, we opted to use someone else for the work. We tried to contact the owner twice over the past 2-3 weeks asking for a call back to inform him of the issues and to date have not received a call from him.

Work was excellent, well managed, the crew was very hard working and quick to address any minor fixes.

Everything from start to finish was great! Miguel was our point of contact through the process and arrived on time for both the initial estimate and the job. He was flexible with our needs and full of energy. The job itself went faster than he estimated it would take (he estimated a full day and maybe half the day following) - it took from 8 am - 4:30 pm. During the job, there were a couple mistakes that happened with minor splashes on the trim and ceiling, but Miguel was on top of calling to inform us and providing choices on how they were going to fix it. At the end of the job, the price that was charged was a little more than what we were told was going to be charged, but this was quickly fixed. Thank you for a great customer service experience and a fantastic paint job! I will definitely use these guys again.

I must say working with Platinum Painting has been one of the best experiences we have had with any contractor. My neighbor had some painting done by Platinum and was very pleased with their work so I asked for a phone number. On calling them they promptly returned my call with a date and time for a free quote and told us Anthony would be our contact. Anthony arrived punctually at the appointed time and my wife and I found him to be both courteous and professional in finding out exactly what we wanted done and offering common sense solutions where we were not at all sure of what we wanted. On painting day Anthony arrived with the crew introducing his foreman Edwin to us, explaining to him exactly what we wanted done and asking if we had any more questions before leaving. We were impressed with Edwin also from the start as he and his crew were highly skilled and worked wonderfully together. Other than our removing fragile breakables ourselves, Edwin and the crew gently removed drapes, shades, pictures and moved all furniture before starting the job and covering them with drop cloths. After the job was complete we were given a walk through to be sure we were completely happy, and then, and only then did they re-install everything and move furniture back. From the salesman to the painting crew we can not speak highly enough of the professionalism, quality of the results and diligence about a job well done and our satisfaction with their work. I would be more than happy to recommend this company to anyone.

The crew was very, very professional and friendly.  They were in the house every day for a week, and they were quiet, clean, fast and careful.

They moved furniture, fixed nail holes from the pictures we removed, covered the floors with paper and even built a full on plastic tent around the kitchen when they sprayed the cabinets.  They gave us lots of tips and were very considerate of us.  We spent every night in the house, one night in one of the guest rooms :)

We'd use them again anytime,
