Description of Work: Fixed the flame sensor to keep the heater from shutting off prematurely.

Description of Work: Have used them for years. They were here today to do maintenance on two units. As usual very professional, cost very reasonable, and completed to my satisfaction.

Description of Work: Came home Saturday afternoon and found house very hot and blower not working inside. Called several businesses and desperate not to be without A/C Easter weekend. Paschall was the only one that would come out. Upon looking at the unit, technician said our blower system was out and he didn't carry the part on his truck nor did they have them stocked. Said it would be Monday before they could replace. He was here less than 15 minutes. Left the electricity unconnected to the unit. Monday morning, took the day off to be here. At 0900 called to see what time they were coming and was told it would be tomorrow as they were booked today already. Called someone else. Would never use them again.

Description of Work: Oddly enough, the service tech didn't check the outside air conditioning unit. He immediately went to the inside unit, said that the coils and motor needed to be cleaned and that it could cost me about $1000 and only then could he tell if the unit outside was working properly. I didn't have the money that day and then his price went down to $500 ish. I told him I would reschedule. Something didn't seem correct. After speaking to my father this weekend...he suggested I contact ACE AC out of Sanger. They came out today and before they came in my house, they went to the outside unit and discovered that that the filter was really clogged and was not able to let the air flow through. They cleaned this out with the water from the faucet. Checked the coils - they were not dirty and did not require cleaning. Checked the motor and it was fine too. After they cleaned the outside unit, they ran a test and said that the unit was putting out air at 22 degrees lower than the the intake air and that it was running beautifully . I paid $119 total for all of this and yes, my AC is working again. wow - sure glad i didn't go with this company.
