The quote Doug gave was very fair and we felt confident we werent being ripped off. We now are deciding if we should go ahead and just replace the system instead.

Darrell was right on time, fast, helpful, and very professional. His prices were less than others quoted to me from other vendors. He did not even charge me for the latest trip, offering to cover it under his warranty even though he probably didn't have to. He is friendly and efficient. I will use him for all of my heating and A/C system repairs from here on out without question.

Anything done by Mr. Phillips is always a pleasure; he's easy to get in touch with, always arrives on time and is prepared, knows what he's doing and doesn't try to sell you something that you don't need. He's a gem, and I recommend him highly.

Darrell gave me an estimate to service both units which he did. He did not charge me anything related to the unit that wasn't working since nothing had to be replaced. He also honored the discount coupon from Angie's List. I am more than satisfied with his work and his professionalism.

I was blessed to receive an additional bonus so I had the money to get my air ducts worked on to improve the air flow. From the previous quote of this company, I called them to make an appointment. They were quick to accommodate my needs and showed up right on time. It took them a short amount of time to make the repair. He showed me the results of their work and the bad wye my homebuilder used that they removed. They also honored the Angie's List discount without me asking for it. I am always happy with their work and I will continue to use them in the future.

He did his work very professional and he was their exactly when he said he would be. He was very respectful about being inside my house and home. I felt it was a very good experience over all.

Darrell called to let me know he was on the way- got here right on time. Checked the attic, thermostats and cleaned/serviced AC units. He is very friendly and showed me how to keep my units cleaned. Very happy with the service and customer focus.

Work was completed quickly, but was more costly than expected for the time on the job.

I am so impressed with the work that Darrel performed. I am also very happy to see that honest, dependable and courteous customer service oriented people are still around. He was going to be able to arrive earlier than our scheduled time, so he called ahead to see if that would be ok. Since I had gotten home early on that day, it worked out great! I knew he was a good man when he walked into my house and my dogs instantly liked him. Even our "little prima donna princess" dog liked him. I have always trusted my dogs instincts about people so I was instantly put at ease with Darrel. He also listened to my story about a snake that I encountered that had been hanging out in my flower bed. He tried to find it for me and have it "move to a different residence." It apparently had moved on, so I feel more at ease around the flower bed now. Thank you Darrell!!!

He was very helpful. He was professional. He in formed you of what he was doing. He was courteous and kind. I would use him in the future. He was very personable.

He came out and called me beforehand as requested. Showed me the dirtiness of my filter. Told me how to change it myself to save costs and even marked the location in the attic where the filter was supposed to be changed and the orientation of how the filter was to be installed. Identified that the source of improving my heat flow was to install a new blower fan. Gave me an instant quote on the work to install it BUT he also said it was probably covered under my home warranty and to check there first for seeing if it was covered before using his services. Leveled my air conditioner unit and charged me $65, I think for that. Itemized all charges and what scope of work was performed in a very detailed manner. Also wrote down the size of filter I needed. I could not get my air conditioner unit inspected because it was too cold but he was also honest that it could not be done effectively at this time.

We called Paschall A/C & Heating on a Friday in July when temperatures were 100+. We got an appointment for the following Monday. Our original appointment ended up being pushed back another day since our A/C was working and other customers did not have a working A/C. The technician arrived on time and was very nice. He seemed knowledgeable about our very uncommon 17-year-old geo-thermal heat pump system. He checked all the components, noted the freon level was low and added freon after he got permission from us. Past experience with bigger name A/C companies has shown us that very few technicians understand older systems like ours, so I am glad we finally found a company to service our A/C unit. We will be replacing our A/C unit next year and we plan on calling Paschall A/C & Heating for the first estimate.

FOR SOME REASON THEY DID NOT BID ON 18 SEER SYSTEM WE DISCUSSED, THEY BID 12, 13 & 14 SEER SYSTEMS. NOW THAT I AM LISTING THEM HERE AND SEE A SIMILAR COMPANY NAME LISTED I WOULD NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY, IT LOOKS LIKE THEY CHANGE THEIR NAME, ADDRESS & PHONE NUMBER AND KEEP ON GOING.

THEY WERE WILLING TO COME AFTER 5 PM SO MY HUSBAND COULD BE HOME AND ASK QUESTIONS. THEY WERE RIGHT ON TIME AND VERY COURTEOUS. THE PROBLEM WAS FOUND QUICKLY AND THE ADDED SERVICES OF RE-CHARGING OUR FREON WERE DONE WITHOUT ANOTHER APPOINTMENT. THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT.

THEY WERE ON TIME AND COURTEOUS AND SHOWED US HOW TO KEEP THE SYSTEM CLEAN. THEY CHARGED LESS THAN OTHER COMPANIES.

MAN WAS ON TIME AND DID A GOOD JOB.

BILLY WAS VERY POLITE. HE DID PROFESSIONAL WORK AND WAS CAREFUL NOT TO HARM ANY PLANTS OUTSIDE AND CLEANED UP INSIDE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

DARRELL WAS VERY POLITE, AND ON TIME. HE MADE SUGGESTIONS BUT WASN'T PUSHY AT ALL.
