Lady Pro Paint and More

Nancy painted the interior of my 86 year old mothers condo. She treated my mother as if she were Nancy's mother. Not only did she do a fantastic job but she and her worker performed some minor handy man jobs like adjusting doors, light fixtures and dryer connections. I highly recommend this company for both their professionalism but also their courtesy and kindness.

The experience was great. They done everything they said they would do...I will use them in the future. They cleaned up after they were through...I could not be any more please with the work they done. They were always here on the time schedule they had said. They left no mess...it was all so professional.

After I called Nancy was here within a matter of hours to review the job and present an estimate. We are extremely satisfied with the job Nancy and Kevin did. Very professional and attention to detail yet down home and friendly. I felt like I had known them for a long time. I consider them good friends and would recommend them to anyone. I would definitely use this service again.

I recently purchased a builder model home with castle-like finishes that needed to be brightened up. Inside, Nancy did a great job covering up the chocolate brown dining room walls and ceiling with 3 much lighter colors (ceiling, walls and accent wall). She is a skilled painter and did a nice job over all and in particular where the different colors met at the wall and ceiling joints. Nancy was punctual, professional and very careful to cover the floors, piano and chandelier leaving no mess. Outside, Nancy painted the dark brown 3-car garage door (twice, since the first color, which I chose, did not go with the house) a light grey. Again, very nice work and no messy evidence of a recent paint job. Thanks Nancy!

First of all, this was a renovated space and I had a very difficult time picking a wall color to go with the new tile floor, brick fireplace, and granite countertops. Every color I thought would look nice, just didn't work. To complicate this selection was how some areas were flooded with sunlight and others very dark shadowy areas. Nancy came in and quickly analyzed the spaces and directed me to a color palette that would work in all these rooms. I really can't imagine getting through this without her!! Working with Nancy: She was very professional, did all the work on time and in budget. I would highly recommend her and will be calling her again!

Nancy and Kevin were very punctual and professional. Their work is top notch. I had no reservations about getting out to run errands while they were painting at the house. They are completely trustworthy and very friendly. I was trying to match an existing color in the house so that the study and dining room could be that same color. The first paint we tried was not the right color. Kevin had already painted most of both rooms before I decided that the color wasn't what I wanted. Nancy was very professional about it and had no problem re-rolling those rooms at only $100 extra. I am very pleased with the job they did.

Nancy and her team are nothing short of amazing...and by team, we mean one other person, Kevin. We called Nancy for an estimate, she was at our front door in less than 3 hours. Walked the entire house, took extensive notes and called back the next morning with a price that beat everyone else by a mile. We just purchased the home and the walls were mostly dark (deep greens, rich tans) and we knew we wanted to lighten things up. So we knew this probably meant 2-3 coats in some spots. No problem. We wanted 1990's oak wainscoting in the study painted white (primer and all). No problem. Nancy and Kevin tackled a huge house by themselves and by the finished product, you'd think there were 20 people involved. The attention to detail was remarkable, even little things. We barely knew they were there and couldn't have been more comfortable having them in the house. We've already made arrangements for Nancy to return for some of the detail work, woodwork and other items we just didn't have time for this project.

Nancy responded quickly to phone calls and scheduled us within a few days of our accepting the bid. Our job required her to remove some wallpaper we had struggled to remove, paint walls, and then paint trim and stair rails. She also moved our furniture and protected it with drop cloths. Overall we are happy and satisfied with the work she provided, though I do notice one or two small spots that could have used another pass.

Our formerly rented house was left a mess by the tenants, requiring carpenter work, carpet repair and paint throughout. Results with paint speak for themselves! Nancy and Kevin started the job quickly, had it done within four days in a home of just over 2,000 square feet, top to bottom, side to side. A great team, excellent results!

Promptly showed up to give me a quote. Allowed me to pick and choose which services I wanted. Called before appt for quote and appt for service to let me know she was on her way. Very helpful with advice for other painting issues. Can't say enough good things NANCY IS A STAR!

Showed up on time, good price, cleaned up well. Did a very good job in painting close to the cabinet hardware. Did miss a few spots (especially down low) that I touched up myself. Did not provide a written cost estimate (which seemed unusual to me), but that was not a problem.

We contacted Nancy to get a bid on painting our new home, so she met us at the house during our home inspection so that we could discuss with her what we wanted. She called us with a quote the next day (and sent it via email also). The quote was very reasonable and she had great reviews, so we moved forward and got on her schedule for the next day after our planned closing date. Nancy was very flexible when our closing date got moved back a day, which was great. She and Kevin did a wonderful job painting our entire house, including sanding/priming/painting our kitchen/breakfast/utility cabinets (from a light wood finish to a white-colored paint). We were amazed at how good of a job she can do by hand without taping! We're already planning to call Nancy again in the future when we're ready to paint some built-ins in our living room. I would highly recommend Nancy for any painting need you might have!

Nancy is one of the nicest and most thorough contractors we have worked with. She started the job when she said she would and even finished early. She gave us suggestions that would make our home look better as well as save us money in other areas. She has a great ability to select the best colors for a home. We put our home up for sale and it sold in four days. That we attribute that to Nancy and her crew’s professional interior and exterior painting that made our home look brand new and move in ready. We also thought her prices were very good. We wish we could take her to our new state to paint for us there. We highly recommend Lady Pro Paint and more! You won’t be sorry!

From start to finish Nancy was very professional. She returned calls within appropriate time frames, had good availability to come give an estimate and start the work. Her estimate was by far the best, but not to worry, the work was of great quality. She was very knowledgeable and helped us make a good decision on the paint colors. We have a lot of arched doorways and some detail work in in the ceilings as well. Her lines are very neat. The work was completed in a timely manner and she made sure we were happy with the end results. Overall, we are very happy we choose her to complete the work needed and we would use her again if need be.

Nancy Dennis (Owner) and her co-worker Kevin were just outstanding in their professionalism during the course of our house exterior "trim" painting. Both of these individuals went above and beyond by paying extreme attention to detail and taking time to address our concerns. In addition Nancy Dennis welcomes and expects her customers to be "Pickey" because she has deep concerns that when the project is finished she will have happy customers. One example, I was extremely happy and satisfied that Kevin painted our roof vents with the perfect color of "UltraDeep Base" oil base satin by Sherman Williams. The exterior "Trim" was painted with Sherman William's A100 Satin Tony Taupe SW 7038 paint. Overall the work took nearly 3 days to complete due to weather constraints caused by temperature and heavy winds. Now our house has great curb appeal and I would recommend Nancy Dennis/Lady Pro for anyone wanting exterior house painting.

The Lady Pro Painting and More team did an excellent job. I was initially surprised at the estimate amount, but any misgivings were quickly resolved when I saw the quality of their work. This team is extremely skilled and very experienced. They work without taping off ceiling mouldings, windows, etc. Again I was amazed when I saw evidence to prove their claim of no drips. (I did find three (3) after a very close search, but they were extremely tiny.) No drips, no smears, virtually no clean-up necessary at all. In younger days, I have done a huge amount of painting, even some paid jobs. I consider myself a good painter, but would never compare my work to Lady Pro Painting and More. We are very happy with our choice for the work in these rooms and look forward to having more rooms done by Lady Pro Painting and More.

Nancy provided an excellent referral for drywall work that was needed before the house could be painted. She had very helpful suggestions for colors. She and her assistant Kevin worked diligently and with great patience for the quirks of an older home. She spent a great deal of time hanging the cabinet doors. She is a perfectionist who has outstanding skill in painting without leaving any mess. She communicates very well and is extremely pleasant. The painting truly transformed my home.

I could not be more pleased with the excellent job that Nancy and her partner Kevin did. Nancy gave me an estimate the day after I called her, then started work the following week. Had my kitchen and family room painted a dark color and it looks fantastic. They also repainted my white baseboards and door facings. They showed up on time, did quality work, and cleaned up after the job was finished. I highly recommend this company and will use them for all future painting jobs.

Nancy was wonderful. She came with the GC when he came to bid the job. We walked through every room together and she was attentive to my needs. Once It was close for her to start I had her co me over again to walk through final color selections and sheens. Even though Nancy was working a job 25 miles away (I asked her to this on short notice) she took a break from her job and came over. Nancy and her crew were very professional in their work. I felt so comfortable with them I did not need to speak with them everyday of the job. The end product was outstanding. You could tell Nancy takes pride in her work and her years of experience shows. I am very detailed oriented and went over entire house, I n the end I did not need Nancy to do any touch ups. I will use Nancy again and would recommend her to others

My house looks so much better! My cabinets are what I had envisioned, and the black doors are so modern looking! Nancy was also helpful in choosing colors, and her suggestions were spot on.

Did a great job. Very neat, worked fast, left everything the way she found it. No junk left around. Very pleasant.
