Lady Pro Paint and More

Nancy and her team did a wonderful job painting my living room. She was always very responsive and did the job a few days after she came out in gave me the quote. I would use this company in the future.

Working with Lady Pro (Nancy Dennis, owner) and her assistant Kevin was by far the finest experience I have had with a service provider. All I can say is that I have found a gem and I am gonna stick with Lady Pro Paint & More for all my painting needs. I HIGHLY recommend them and I will continue to enlist their services when needed. Always professional, Nancy returned my calls swiftly and listened attentively to my needs. Refreshingly forthright, Nancy did not hesitate to set parameters on Lady Pro Paint & More's primary specialty, painting. Even still, Nancy was quick with a recommendation and phone number when queried. The gratification I felt after my home was painted by Lady Pro Paint & More was palpable. As was evident, by their efficiency and thoroughness, Nancy and Kevin clearly regard their profession with reverance and importance. Quality, price, professionalism, tidy, and charming. A win / win . . . my favorite kind.

If you employ Nancy, you will be pleased. She showed up on time, performed all services in a timely manner and was delightful to deal with. We needed some repairs to the ceilings and texture before she started painting. She recommended an individual who did a great job. We also had an issue with the color of the shutters that she addressed. We are most pleased with her work and have recommended her to others.

Be aware, she does not give firm start dates. Once she starts a job, she gives you an estimated finish date. She did start the job within the window that she said she would and she finished when she said she would finish. There was only 1 thing wrong with the job and I'm sure if I mention it to her, she'll come out and fix it. She forgot to paint a window sill in the master bathroom. Everything else looks great! I will definitely be using her again in the future and referring her to my real estate clients and customers.

Nancy and other workers were on time, courteous, extremely neat, and professional. We were told that the job would last three days, and they completed it in exactly that amount of time. The job was done very well and at a fair price. We were extremely satisfied with our experience with Lady Pro and have already made arrangements for them to do some painting at our store in Dallas.

I scheduled the work to be done three weeks out and informed Nancy that I would have to plan vacation to be available while they were at my home painting. Since my work was interior, there would not be a rain delay. Our problem was communication. When I got "We'll be there on the 12th" I expected her to be here. However; I got a call on the 11th telling me that the job she was working on decided to do three more rooms, so I was going to be delayed. I felt I was left in a bind, needing the work to be done to list my house and unable to reschedule vacation to accommodate her other client. Therefore, I called my second choice and asked them if they would be available. They are here now and showed up on time.

They did an excellent job. I couldn't be happier. It looks great and I am super pleased. I had to wait 5 weeks after calling and scheduling due to how busy they are- but so worth the wait. They are very detail oriented. So happy I chose Lady Pro Paint to paint my home! I couldn't be happier with the job they did. It looks fantastic! Thanks so much guys!

Lady Pro Paint & More did an EXCELLENT job. I had received 3 bids for the work and she was the most affordable, plus she had the most experience. I was unsure about certain color picks of mine so Nancy provided me with several samples that she put on the walls. During the painting process I decided to have her paint other areas of the house and she was very accommodating. She kept me updated on the painting since we had not moved in yet. I would refer her to anyone and I would DEFINITELY use her again.

We had the interior of our 3,000 sf home painted, including the ceilings and kitchen cabinets. We had different colors used throughout the house. We did not have the closets or laundry room painted. We have very tall ceilings and it was a big job. It took a total of 12 1/2 days to complete the work. We are very pleased with how it turned out. I especially liked that it was just 2 people coming into our home each day, not lots of folks. They were very respectful our making sure doors were shut so our pets did not get out. I felt very comfortable with Nancy and Kevin and was able to leave home to run errands as needed. Nancy was very helpful in guiding us on color choices. We made the color choices as the project went along. We ended up going with different colors than what we had initially thought. Nancy was very patient and made great suggestions on what would look good. She helped steer us clear of what would have been very costly mistakes. We found that it was helpful to spend a few dollars to get a number of paint samples so we could choose the best colors. Despite the increased price to have the ceilings painted a different color than the walls, it was worth it and helped open things up and make dark spaces brighter. We have very tall walls and angled ceilings. We have a number of archways and Nancy did a great job on the color transitions between rooms. I would absolutely use Lady Pro Painters again if needed in the future. While it was a good chunk of change to do the whole house at one time, it's all done and looks great. Nancy's prices were competitive and reasonable.

I used a different painting company earlier this year for some exterior work. They did a very good job, but I found the large crew that was brought almost overwhelming. I certainly didn't want a large crew inside my home, so I decided to look for another company this time for an interior paint job. I work out of my home office, and I just wanted a crew that would do their work efficiently and quietly enough that I could keep doing my job. I found precisely that in Lady Pro Paint. It's just Nancy, the owner, and her assistant. I also chose Nancy to do the work because her bid was reasonable and the reviews for her work are all so great. My experience was similar to everyone else: Nancy and her assistant work efficiently, professionally, and do excellent quality work. It turned out that as they removed the wallpaper that there were actually three layers of wallpaper (by previous owners)! The ceilings are very high, which also made for a challenging job. Took 3 days. I am very pleased with the final results. Thank you, Nancy, for a job well-done!

This is my third experience with Lady Pro, and they have never disappointed. Nancy and Kevin show up on time, are professional, clean up after themselves, are very reasonably priced, and do an all-around great job. I will never use anyone else to paint the interior of my home.

Nancy was quick to return my calls, to quote and get the work done. I was very impressed with her professionalism and quality of work. I work as an interior decorator and work with sub contractors daily. Nancy was a breath of fresh air to work with she arrived when she said she would, did the work, finished and cleaned up when she said she would. I highly recommend her and I will be hiring her again for my own house plus for my decorating/remodeling clients.

Lady Pro Paint did an excellent job painting our entire house. From start to finish the project was well executed. I attribute this to Nancy's great communication. Our home had dark trim and interior doors but light walls. We knew that we wanted to reverse the color scheme (white trim and slightly darker walls) but we had some trouble selecting colors on our own due to the fact that we were in the midst of moving to TX from out of state. Nancy worked with us over the phone to help us choose the right color scheme. Her guidance helped us select timeless colors that we will enjoy for many years to come. We asked Nancy to paint all of the woodwork in the house. This required two coats of paint on all baseboards, crown molding, chair rails, interior doors, bathroom vanities, fireplace mantle, wood shelving in all closets, etc., in order to cover up the dark trim color that was in the home at the time we purchased it. Repainting all of the woodwork in the entire house was probably more than Nancy originally bargained for but she took extra care in providing the best quality possible. We were initially very leery of allowing people in our home while we could not be present but Lady Pro proved to be reliable and trustworthy. The quality of their work and attention to detail surpassed our expectations. We had several other renovation projects taking place at the same time as Nancy's work, one of which included the installation of hardwood floors. Nancy did a great job of working around the other subcontractors. She also took special care in protecting our new floors from potential paint splatters. We strongly recommend Lady Pro Paint. Nancy is easy to work with, priced fairly, reliable and trustworthy and provides excellent quality.

They did a fine job on patching large holes in walls. great attention to detail. finished and started when she said they would. happy with price and job quality.

The project went without a hitch. Nancy and her crew were very nice a professional. She helped me select colors also and was spot on!!! Highly recommended!!!

It was a great experience. I was closing on my new home and there was a delay in the start date. She was very understanding, and worked with me to start on the date I wanted. She was very agreeable when I decided to add the dining room painting as well. She also took extra time to try and fix the former owner's mistake of some paint on the ceiling. I felt very comfortable with her and was very pleased with the results. I would definitely recommend Lady Pro to others.

Loved the color consultation as it made it easier for me to choose between 2-3 colors versus hundreds. Nancy is the only painter who asked about the current paint on the walls (it was oil based) and suggested I do the latex test to make sure we did in fact have oil based paint. Well, when I painted over the oil with latex to test it, the latex rubbed right off. I'm so glad she suggested that so the appropriate paint could be used. The walls look brand new and the color is perfect!

Nancy was so helpful in assisting me in choosing a paint color. I always have a hard time visualizing what it is going to look like on the wall. After the job was finished, I loved it. I felt comfortable going to work and leaving a key for her to go in and paint. When I got home, everything was finished.

This is the second time I've used Nancy and Kevin, and just like the first time, they exceeded my expectations. My entry is 16' tall and requires scaffolding to paint, which they provided. I used two different paint colors in the master bedroom and formal living room, and they turned out gorgeous! Nancy discovered two cracks in the hallway and recommended a very good, inexpensive person to fix them. They were fixed within a couple of days. I am SO PROUD of the front door. We thought we were going to have to replace it, and I actually got a bid on a metal door that was thousands of dollars. Nancy stripped the wood, patched the leaks, and painted it for a fraction of the cost of a new door. It looks absolutely beautiful! I have had several homes painted by various people over the years, and Nancy and Kevin beat them all for quality work and affordable pricing. I will continue to use them for all my painting needs and will recommend them to all my family and friends.

This is the second time I have used Nancy and Kevin. The first time was in late October 2013. They were painting the house across the street and I asked if they could do some wood repair work in the back of my home. They were able to refer me to someone to complete the heavy duty wood repair work and then I hired them to paint the back of the house. The result was amazing and far exceeded my expectations. I called Nancy out again to have her complete the most recent work. She and Kevin removed two layers of wall paper out of the kitchen, trowled the finish and then painted. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and the finished job again far exceeded my expectations. The price is competitive and cost effective. The service is above and beyond. I will use Nancy and Kevin for all of my painting needs and I strongly recommend their services to everyone I know.
