Purchased a new clothes washer from these guys for my daughter on 08/26/2023. We ordered the washer with stacking hardware and paid for it in full including delivery and a “stair charge” for the 4 steps leading up into her house. They showed up on Tuesday with the washer but no stacking hardware. Owner played dumb and said we didn’t discuss that even though 6 adults heard the entire conversation. He wanted to charge us another delivery fee and another $89.00 to come install the stacking hardware. These guys are fast talking shysters and will not deliver what they promise. Beware.

I am not one to blast a company or expose a bad experience to the world. I simply write you off and send my friends and acquaintances elsewhere. Not this fking time!! Buyer Beware!! Stay away from Keller Appliance! They do not stand by their customers or products at all and filled with chauvinist, condescending employees. Don't get me wrong - you'll get an amazing discount on the front end of your purchase just so they can move merchandise and make money, but if something goes wrong - too d*** bad. My experience - I walked in the building on July 31st from the recommendation of several people that I know and trust their word. The guy behind the counter was very kind and helpful. He was happy to give me a wonderful discount on a washer dryer set marking them down from $495 to $350 each. They waived the minimal delivery fee, but did charge a stair fee because I'm on the 3rd floor. Completely understandable. My total came out to $872 and some change. I was assured that even though this was a used set, everything had been inspected, repaired, and inspected again to make sure that everything worked correctly. Even as I was paying for the set, his repair guy was taking them to the back for another inspection and test run. When the delivery day we'd set up needed to be pushed back, he was quick to let me know and make arrangementsthst fit with my busy schedule. That was the end of their "good" customer service. Looking back, maybe I shouldn't have ignored the innuendos and condescending comments masked in humor throughout the entire transaction. Fast forward to August 2nd when the delivery driver called to let me know he was on his way and asked about the stairwell. Again, completely understandable, but I could have done without the long drawn out complaining session that accompanied the conversation. When he arrived, I heard him before I saw him. Loud banging up the stairs, excessive, unnecessary and uncomfortablely abnormal grunting/heaving/sighing noises with every movement through the entire install. Unfortunately the dryer vent cleaners arrived shortly after he arrived which delayed what could have been a quick process. I had no control over when the apartment would schedule them or who they hired. I told the delivery guy as much when I apologized. He was not at all pleased about the delay and did not approve of the company my apartments hired, complaining to me about the company I was not responsible for hiring and how they were working. I got another round of whining when I asked him to move the dryer away from the door so it didn't damage my laundry closet doorframe.Their paperwork says they aren't responsible for damage and he was obviously not at all concerned about being careful. He left my front door damaged and 2 long scratches in my floor during the process. That night I tossed my first load of clothes into the washer and things seemed to work fine. It was not a full load, a couple shorts, 3 or 4 shirts and undergarments. There were no noises or issues that would cause alarm. Everything worked exactly as expected. The second load was a whole other story. This time I washed 2 fitted and flat twin sheet sets. The agitator barely moved and there was a God awful noise coming from the machine. The clothes in dryer had to run 3 cycles, 2 on medium and 1 on high heat, in order to get somewhat dry. The sheets took 2 high heat cycles and were still damp. I tried one last time with a twin blanket and recorded what was happening. Again, same result. It was after 10pm and the store was closed, so I called this morning. After relaying my experience, I asked them to come get the appliances and refund my money. The man listened then basically said too bad so sad. He called back a few moments later, claiming to have called the owner. The owners response to my request was, put fewer items in the loads. All sales final. Okay cool, however, it wasnt even a full load let alone half and I'm having issues less than 12 hours into taking possession. This is a product quality/customer service/retention problem. Apparently their 60 day guarantee is not a real thing considering they are doing noting outside of taking to and treating me like a stupid woman. Not even an offer of "wow that shouldn't be happening. Let us check it out because we stand by our product and customers." Run as far away from this company and refer no one. They are not someone to associate with. (The video is a thin twin blanket on a heavy duty setting)

DO NOT SHOP HERE THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! Bought a washing machine here 12/31/22 and it began knocking really loud and not dispensing water around mid January. I called the store the first week in February and was told that they would charge me a fee for having them pick up the washing machine. I refused to pay it as the washing machine was still under the 60 day warranty, and when the sale was finalized they didn't select the option that I would have to pay a fee. What's worse is they lied to my credit card company stating I wouldn't allow them to come pick up the washing machine. Bad business all around. Go elsewhere!

Almost noon, called to check in, found that I'm not even on the schedule. They apologized and said they couldn't do anything about it until Monday. Bummer, hopefully this isn't the norm. Will try someone else now, cannot afford to waste this kind time needlessly.

Called Keller Appliance to service refrigerator that wasn't cold and had ice build up in the freezer. They canceled our original appt. due to the ice storm and rescheduled. I could understand this. My scheduled appt. was for Tues. 2-4pm. The tech did not show up until after 8pm. We repeatedly called the company and the tech. Tech (Torrey, I think his name was) kept telling us he was on his way from Keller. which is maybe 5 miles away. I don't know why he continued to lie, it would have been better just to tell us the truth. My husband was pretty upset by the time he showed up and called the owner of Keller appliance who said he would work with us on the bill. The owner never called back nor did he give us any discount for the major inconvenience. The very least he should have done it refund the service call of $49.

We had an older refridgerator that was broken and we wanted to get rid of it responsibly. I called Keller Appliance and they take older fridges and either try to repair them or reuse parts. They came and picked up the fridge with 24 hours of my call, were prompt in their arrival and it took less than 5 minutes for them to load the fridge. It was a relief to be able to not have to put it in a landfill and have someone willingly come pick it up.

10-03-13 The repair man showed up promptly and looked the fridge over. He said the fan to the refridgerator was not working properly and that he would have to order a part which I okd. $49 for diagnosis. 10-04-13 He came the next day and installed the part. Said it would take 24 hrs for the proper temp to be reached. Part $259.71, labor $65. I was told if the repair didn't work my money would be refunded. 30 days lavor and 90 days parts. It didn't work. I called the store 10-6-13, Told them it wasn't repaired and was told the repair man would call me. After several days and calls I finally heard form the repairman and I told him I had another company coming on 10-16-13 so he needed to get his part out that didn't work. The Keller repairman finally came the morning of 10-16-13. The GE repairman came that day at 5 p.m. and fixed the refridgerator. I was told the refund would come in a week. After many delays and phone calls I picked up a check for $324.71. Although I argued they would not refund the $49 diagnostic trip fee. That was part of the labor.
Description of Work: He attempted to repair my 7 year old GE refridgerator. The freezer side worked but the fridge side was not cold enough and had excess moisture in it.

I had initially called for a repair request to AHS in around Oct.2nd. The repair company said they would be out in a week and a half. Unbelievable to me! When the repairman finally came he had to order the part which wasn't going to come in until Oct. 18th. Then they couldn't install it until October 22. I called Keller Appliance on my own. They were prompt, came the next day, ordered the part, picked it up and installed it the same day. I was so impressed with the tech and the company. Shows what can be done if you want to do it.

They were great. They were either a little early or right on time. He was very professional and got the job done and cleaned up. It was a great experience. In fact, we just had new appliances delivered and we are waiting for one more piece and we will call them again. The tech was very friendly. He was friendly but professional. He didn't come in and grumble, he was very nice and personable.

Since I posted my last review of this place, the store manager and the owner have both contacted me and we came to an agreement. Though the store policy is that they do not take returns he is going to allow me to trade the refrigerator for an appliance of equal value. The freezer that I am trading for is a little cheaper so the difference in price is going to cover the delivery and pickup fee. So they are going to haul off the refrigerator and give me a different appliance that we wanted. I am much happier with this deal. However, it so happens that we wanted a freezer and were going to buy one anyway. If that were not the case then I would still be out the money. This solution works for me and I am confident that the company would have worked with me if I were not happy with this resolution.

They were really flexible with time; they have had to come out several times. The communication on the phone sometimes could have been better. We were not sure what was wrong with the oven, so we have been replacing one piece at a time to see what was going to fix it; it is finally fixed, but there is one last cosmetic piece to be put in. They are going to come out on Monday to finish the work. I did not really get a chance to price it with other people, so I don’t know how to grade their price. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

They were very polite, and helpful. They gave us what we thought was a good deal. I don’t know if they could have been better. We did mention that we found them Angies List. I don’t know if that made any difference. There was a communication barrier with the installers. When they first came to the door they both communicated to us that they were deaf but there was absolutely no problem in them communicating with us. They were both very polite and got the job done in record timing and we were very pleased. The communication barrier did not interfere with anything they did or we tried to say to them. They were very polite and professional.We will use them in the future
