 + 2 moreMr. Hires stayed until he finished the job. He worked around my schedule and never left the project for another. I think that meant more to me than anything. Stephen is my choice on any project that he is capable of performing moving forward.
Description of Work: Stephen first built an a/c unit in my attic during a TX summer! He then followed a poorly done job on a structured post by another contractor. He also replaced my interior ceiling and insulation due to water damage to my satisfaction.

 + -1 moreEvery service call was handled correctly and in a timely manner. He has always had the correct part with him based on my description of the problem and his knowledge of my equipment. I use no other company. Never worry about being overcharged or billed for service not performed. Stephen has earned my complete trust.
Description of Work: First time a whole 4 ton AC system was installed. Installed in one day both condenser and evaporator. Yearly AC service is performed. Last service was for inoperable heater. Called and described the problem. Stephen arrived that morning with the correct igniter and had the heater working in less than half an hour. Good thing as the coldest temps in the last year were forecasted for the next day.
