Description of Work: Sealed exterior for possible entrance, set traps with bait and placed |poison in attic and under appliances. Never found anything or caught anything |Still hearing movement in the attic from unknown critter. I have a 1 year warranty and they have been out each time I've called but to no avail.

+ 0 moreInspection visit was scheduled promptly. Technician (James) was on time, professional and knowledgeable. He performed a thorough inspection and explained everything to me along the way. He explained his service proposal and the time it would take to rid our home of critters. He assured me that they would be successful and that we'd have a 1 yr guarantee to back it up. Their subsequent visits to bait, seal and disinfect the home were all performed as scheduled. The sealing tech was also prompt and professional. As explained before contracting, the critters were all gone within a few days of their final sealing work. All that remains is the removal of a small one-way door device that allowed any stragglers to vacate (door removal to be scheduled this week). All work was done neatly. All seals and added wire mesh were done neatly and unobtrusively. Even the disinfectant step, though noticeable, was not nearly as offensive/strong as we had been warned. Overall, a great experience so far. We will recommend them to others and we'll be updating our review should our experience change over the coming year.
Description of Work: Removed and/or exterminated attic pests, particularly rats and squirrels. Sealed entire home against future intrusions of such pests. Disinfected attic with hospital-grade agent.

+ -1 moreThey removed all the animals, sealed the house and prevented re-entry, sanitized and removed all the rodent poop and cleaned up the whole area. It was kind of pricey, but I was willing to do anything to get them out. They were very prompt and cleaned up the ceiling. They did really good clean up.
Description of Work: They came out to remove a raccoon from my attic.
