Description of Work: At first they were great, but their business practice is to charge you in advance (like clockwork) but when it rained it was up to US to keep track or we'd end up paying for visits they never made. Their tree and bush pruning is exemplary - very nice, but their weekly crew mowed the grass unevenly when they were busy and rushed, and they used weed whackers instead of edgers. They would intentionally create 5"-6" ugly bare borders along the flowerbeds, sidewalk & driveway. Unsightly! | |In summary, I highly recommend their tree & bush pruning but their lawn mowing is mediocre at best, and their billing practices are questionable. |

Description of Work: I have been a customer of Kris and Grass King for many years. They exemplify the word service. They do a wonderful job with the lawn, and are considerate in keeping debris out of the pool. They trimmed bushes for me this past fall, and did a great job. Kris has been flexible and I appreciate when they come out as soon as they can after too much rain. Hard working crew that is motivated, efficient and pleasant. I will continue with them again this year.

Description of Work: They provide us with bi-weekly yard service and overall provide a great service. I made one call and everything was set-up. It works like clock-work. They come out on their schedule day, then our CC gets charged. I don't ever have to think about it.
