Great. We are headed into a renovation and have some timeframes to adhere to, and Dave came out to our house in the evening, within an hour of our call. He quoted our price in advance, collected adequate samples, and fulfilled his commitment within the promised timeframe by emailing us the results within 5 days.

I contacted Dave to do lead-paint testing and asbestos testing on a house that I am purchasing. He has been extremely efficient and responsive, and kindly accommodated both my schedule and the schedule of the current owner to set the appointment(s). He came on time, did a very careful and professional job in taking samples, provided the results quickly and reliably. The X-ray technology for lead-testing is absolutely phenomenal, is comprehensive, accurate and reliable (i.e., no false positives or false negatives), efficient in providing instant results, and by far more cost-effective than other approaches which usually test only a limited number of samples. With this method, Dave took more than 100 samples covering every exterior/interior walls, trims, door, windows, tiles! He took time to do the work carefully, without making us feel under rush. We could thus identify areas of the house that contained lead-paint which otherwise would have been completely missed with the chipped paint-samples. Dave is a very pleasant person, honest, highly qualified in his job, and willing to share advices that go beyond his strict job duties. I could not be more happy about his work. Thank you Dave! 10+!

Well, my basement was flooded and my floor tile was damaged. The flooring contractor told me that the floor tile may contain asbestos and they could not handle the floor tile without knowing if it contained asbestos or not. A friend of mine referred me to Davis Environmental and the gentlemen there informed me that due to the age of my house it may contain asbestos. I asked him to come out and test the material. It took about a week to get the results but according to the inspector that is the least costly turnaround. Davis Environmental helped me know that my tile did not have asbestos which saved me lots of grief and now I have a new floor thanks to having a report that verified that my flooring was not asbestos.
