To begin with it was good. Great communication along with a good price. After he was paid the service and communication went down hill. The roof was removed and replaced on a Saturday. The crew did not speak any English and used a phone app to communicate with me. Marc was no where to be found on the replacement day. Fast forward 10 months, and there are a few minor issues. One of the roofing shingles blew off. And a vent pipe in the attic was broken. Also, the gutter guards were missing. Marc's replies were that a tree rubbed the shingle lose, the nearest tree branch is over 20 feet away. Then he said it was a squirrel. The pipe he said had nothing to do with the roof. I made the comment that the roofers had to move the pipe on the roof to get the shingles in place. After waiting over a month for someone to come check everything out, Marc quoted me $500 to make the repairs that should have been covered under warranty. I asked ofr his Insurance information and he would not provide it to me. I have several pictures of the damaged items.
