Description of Work: Howard and Mark do great work and are really great people as well. Their pricing is fair, and they work hard. They wil not try to replace something that does not need to be fixed, and did well working with my old house built in 1946. I would be remiss if I did not relate one unexpected instance that these two men handled beautifully. While replaceing the walls and floor of my shower, I decided that I also wanted the shower ceiling replaced as well.While Howard was removing the ceiling tile, the whole "ceiling" gave way. Not only was this unexpected, theprevious "workmen" had used about 400 pounds of concete resting on very little support in the shower ceiling. It could have given way at any time. I would hate to think what would have happened to a 4 year grandchild old that sometimes uses the shower.Additionally, I don't think that I would be present or able to write a report for Angie's List if the shower had given way on me. Glad they found the problem. I had been over and over the house through the 40 plus years I have lived in the house, and I never knew the problem even existed! Howard and Mark got out without injury and did not complain. They got the heavy shower ceiling out into the front yard safelywithout further incident. The tile looks great! They are now repairing an old fan in the hood above my gas range, and I expect they will do the same super job.Not many would take on refurishing an exhaust fan from a time when technology was " ancient". I will definitely have them again. This is the second time I have used them for tile, and my sister has used them having a good experience as well.

Description of Work: Howard replaced some damaged ceramic tiles in my walk in shower, and repaired several roof leaks we had in our sun room. Those roof leaks had been worked on before by others and never fixed. He fixed it first try. Howard works fast, neat/clean, and requires no supervision. The best part is that he does not charge so much that you can't afford him!
