Would not hire again in spite of good work because the last job wasn't completely finished. Mike Barrera built a tall gate to our driveway but did not provide a latch to keep the gate open. I waited over 2 months and he did come over once when the wind blew our gate shut and was stuck. I could not get my car ou. He promised to come back to secure it when it was opened but he never did. The wind blew the gate shut 2 more times and the big metal latch to keep it shut broke. We called and his mail box was full so we kept texting and finally wrote a last text giving him an ultimatum to reply and fix the gate asap or we would hire someone else and absorbed the expense. He replied that he isn't responsible for the wind and would call us back. We waited another 6 days and hired someone to come and install a latch so the gate would stay open when needed without crashing down when the wind blew. Disappointed..
