Representatives were very professional and were proactive in maintaining communication with us on scheduling installation. Work was done quickly and professionallly.

Work was completed quickly and removal of old windows and materials was also taken care of at the time the job was completed. Due to a broken (new) window during the installation process, we did need to wait a week for job completion, but this was effected appropriately and with no hassle on our end. The new windows look great and we would do business with Glass Service Specialists again. Pricing was better than other businesses and the company was able to more directly meet our needs (most other bids wanted entire window replacement rather than pane replacement.

They didn't show up in a timely manner. He called at the last minutes to chang schedule. Wrong measurement, took 2 trip to get it done .I had them install solar screen. After 2 days, one of them was blown off. He came back took the broken one and didn't get back with me since then. I paid in full for the whole service but stuck with a half shade window.

They came on schedule to give an estimate, and then delivered the glass as scheduled. They did a great job, cleaning up after the work. Great Service and expertise.

Tim gave me a call soon after receiving my service magic project request. He was able to come out the next day. Our project was to provide us with new screens for our windows and evaluate the condition of our windows in preparation for selling our house. The information he provided was very helpful. We ended up replacing the glass in 4 panels of our windows where the seal had broken. It took about a week to get them ordered and installed. The screens look great.

Glass Service Specialists were extremely courteous, stuck to their time commitments, and my window looks like it had never been broken. I would recommend them to anyone.
