Zack called within a half hour told me when he would be over to take measuremenst. Showed up, gave me a quote that was right in line with other quotes that I got over the phone. Zack told me it would most likley be Friday before he would be able to install the new glass. He called on Thursday and updated me. This guy keeps customers informed and also keeps his word.
