The initial job was done and we thought we were happy since the original problem was so severe and it was our first time having a house leveled. After 2 months, we called them back to do more adjustments, which they did, but upon my asking about doors still not closing and more cracks appearing, I was told it was and quot;normaland quot; and to adjust the doors on the hinges and that they did the best they could. What happened was a sewer pipe leaked under the slab and caused our 2 story brick home to sink 4 inches in one corner. Since they stopped the sinking and raised it up, we thought it was fixed. We didn't realize the center of the house was sunk too. So they raised the outside but the inside was still sunk and caused buckling in the roof line and walls. They never mentioned fixing the inside beams by raising them. That is what our house needed and we called Accu-Pier to fix it. I feel like we wasted money on Bedrock. Accu-Pier adjusted Bedrocks piers by pushing them down another foot to a foot and a half! So Bedrock did the job, but I feel they are inadequate and wished we hadn't used them to begin with. A waste of money!
