I would certainly recommend to anyone. He was very accommodating considering all the problems I had in understanding what the city of Katy wanted. He did an excellent job.

The project went very well with the only delays pertaining to waiting on the fencing materials to be shipped. This was the most recent and smallest project that Matt has done for us. He has done two major remodels on two previous homes totally more than $30,000. His finished product always seems to turn out better than I expected. I suppose it would, as he has built multi-million dollar homes and remodeled them as well. What's a little room addition and moving a wall or two for someone with his skill and knowledge? I would never consider hiring anyone else for my small or large remodel or build projects.
Description of Work: Reliant moved our fence to the actual property line shortly after we purchased our home. We gained about 30% more back yard with this small project. The owner, Matt put a lot of extra time and effort into finding the exact same fence materials and parts. We have an aluminum rod iron look alike that was not readily available. His extra efforts saved a bundle as he was able to use most of the existing fencing with very little extra materials required.
