First of all, they fitted us into their schedule even though it was a weekend. Theo was excellent! I will use them again and I will also let my friends know about them. It was a GREAT experience! Now that Thro has fixed and done a safety inspection of the rest of the electrical system, I feel safer.

Very professional, showed up on time, accommodated my requests, communicated well and did very good work.

Joseph was professional, added some recommendations, improved some of my requests, and at the end I was better than before we started. We added an isolated circuit for a piece of equipment, added some fans, and installed a surge protector for the house. Great experience overall!

We lost a phase on the underground service feed to the meter. I got three estimates. West Houston Electric was the lowest yet offered larger capacity wire than others. Their electrician wad courteous and did not use high pressure sales. They completed the work on the day promised and did an excellent job. I will use this company again.
