Great outfit ... these are my "go to" folks for anything electrical.

Our Rep. showed up on time and very nice. He checked out everything and then showed us what needed to be done, and the charges before he started. We gave him an excellent rating and if we ever need anything done again we will call this company. We will ask for Drew to do the repairs. We will recommend this company to our friends and neighbors. Drew, the technician, was knowledgeable and answered the few questions we had plus, he cleaned up his work area before he left (vacuum and sweeping). He checked for any additional repairs that may be needed. He was courteous and very polite.

They are on time and come with a lot of equipment and parts. They are courteous. They looked over the house for any code upgrades that are now required.

Our circuit breakers are sensitive and one finally failed altogether. Took a lot of testing of light circuits but breaker replacement worked (we hope).

Polite, efficient, knowledgeable

The service man was on time and explained everything that he was going to do before he started, then explained what he did when he finished the job.

Drew did a great job of identifying the wiring issue and corrected the issue, he also went ahead and corrected issues with two other light connections as a preventative measure. We will be using West Houston Electric for any future electrical work.

Electrician was driving a West Houston Electric truck and was in a West Houston Electric uniform. He covered his shoes with a protective bootie before entering our home. He removed existing fan/light and installed a new fan/light. We had him do this three times in our three upstairs bedrooms. He took some time out to replace a light bulb in our upstairs landing just to help out. Old fixtures were removed from house and dismantled each for disposal. He inspected our electrical service and made recommendations on how it could be improved. He also inspected our battery operated smoke alarms and made improvement recommendations. One of the most courteous people we have worked with.

Drew replaced our circuit breakers in our garage on the hottest day of the year, yet he worked tirelessly and was very friendly all day. Thumbs up!

Michael Herrera was extremely professional, astute, very efficient, & very organized. He came for the 2 exterior outlets that were dead & After he did his safety test he educated me on other electrical items that should be addressed. I had him do most everything on his list because he was not pushy & i felt he was very honest. Top notch service. They did exactly what was agreed upon for the price. No surprises. Repairman Ryan was very professional, courteous and proficient. He dod great work. Very friendly too. He cleaned up any debris so there was no leftover mess. I was very pleased. I will use them again.
