While it took a little while to get the appointment, when Drew showed up he did the work quickly, professionally and made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I would call them again.

Michael was knowledgeable, professional, and gave us quotes for the installation of a new fuse panel. While he was installing it and the two ceiling fans, our fluorescent light stopped working and we also decided to install a remote for one of the fans. He worked on both extra projects. We were very satisfied with his work.

Drew did a great job searching out the problem. Once he found the bad outlet and wiring issue, he had the repair done quickly. I would recommend him and West Houston Electric. We plan on using them for additional projects.

Drew, the technician, was knowledgeable and answered the few questions we had plus, he cleaned up his work area before he left (vacuum and sweeping). He checked for any additional repairs that may be needed. He was courteous and very polite.
