Theo Nikollla was my technician. He was extremely professional and did a great job. He paid attention to details and fixed things he didnâ t have to fix. Like caulking a hole where the wiring comes into my new hot tub cabinet. An extra touch to keep rodents out. The scheduling and professionalism of the home office was excellent as well. Theo was there when promised and they communicated with me very well. Something that does not happen much anymore. I feel like great value was received for the price paid.

West Houston Electric were able to send someone out within a couple of hours of me calling, and sent me his details and photo before he arrived. Joseph was unfailingly polite and professional, and persevered with a tricky electrical problem that took several hours to figure out. Rolan knocked out today's work with dispatch and gave us a clear, detailed understanding of the work necessary to bring our home electric up to standard.

Our technician was Rolan, very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He replaced electrical meter panel due to damage from drought subsidence, added surge protector and new copper ground rod. I am on oxygen 24/7 and was provided a generator for my oxygen concentrator, refrigerator and freezer while work was being done. Will definitely use this company again and will specifically ask for Rolan. Thanks for a job well done!!

They did a great job with installing my Chargepoint EV charger! Was able to get it knocked out the day if and came at least $200 cheaper than the other guys. Overall, great job!
