Joseph, a service technician, came to my house to provide an estimate for a kitchen light box ballast replacement. He thoroughly explained a couple of replacement options to me, as well as the costs involved. Additionally, he answered my questions regarding the options with clarity. Once I chose the option I wanted to go with, he did not hassle me.

Iâ d hired WHE to install a 14-50 outlet from my breaker box for an EV charging station install, which Iâ ll plug in myself. Making an appointment was easy, communication before the job was excellent, the guys turned up exactly on time and were great. They were very professional and installed the outlet very quickly l. They also pointed out an unrelated repair I needed to have done. I will definitely use WHE again for future projects.

We lost electricity in three rooms and our back patio. Brian, our technician, located the problem quickly and had us back up and running in no time at all! He then took the time to show us some safety/upkeep issues for future repairs, which we really appreciated. Brian was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional, which as business owners, my husband and I look for in customer service. Joseph P. my service technician was fabulous. Knowledgeable, courteous and very enthusiastic about his job. He installed a 50 amp RV hook up & did some other repairs for me. Joseph showed up on time on a last-minute call for an appointment. I would highly recommend using them.

I got service the day I called, my problem was diagnosed fairly quickly, the problem also affected my TV and Drew spent time figuring that out. Drew couldnâ t have been more professional and friendly - I enjoyed talking with him and learning from him. I canâ t say that often when doing business with contractors. I am impressed with this company.

The customer service was fantastic from start to finish. I called West Houston Electric based on online reviews. They were very courteous and professional, Barrel, the person who took the call, listen to my issue and concerns and was able to schedule someone to come out immediately. Theo came out identified the problem and replaced the junction box for one of our ac units in the attic and the associated breaker. He was very professional and thorough, he conducted a multiple point inspection of our electricals and provided estimates for us to consider. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
