Christian was awesome. He listened to my description of the problem, asked related follow-up questions, and then proceeded to troubleshoot the problem with my circuit breakers. Once he determined what the problem was, he offered a couple of options for resolution. I am very satisfied with the work completed and would recommend West Houston Electric.

Good experience

I got estimates from 4 companies that were recommended by Angi. I got a very wide range of estimates. This companyâ s estimate fell in the upper middle. I went with West Houston because Rolan did such thorough analysis to provide a solid estimate. All the companies looked at my electrical panel but Rolan was the only one to remove the panel cover to see the actual wiring. He explained options very clearly. Once hired, he showed up on time and he and his partner did a great job- finishing within the estimated time. If you select this company- ask for Rolan and his partner!

The follow up survey requests are annoying. I HATE surveys. I just want the work to be done correctly, IF THE WORK IS NOT DONE CORRECTLY, THEN i WILL FILL OUT THE SURVEY.

They showed up on time and was very thorough in the work. Very pleased.

Theo replaced the light and fan in the dining room. He also fixed the porch light that was not working correctly and replaced the surge protector on the electrical box outside that was out of date and no longer working. He removed some electrical wires that were no longer being used. He was so knowledgeable, answered all my questions and explained everything. Will definitely use them again.

Brian Villalobos & Pablo make a great team! They assembled and installed a very large fan in our 2 story living room, they also installed a wired Ring camera over our driveway. Brian & Pablo moved and centered an existing light in our kitchenette where the builders centered in the room but not with the very large window. These projects had been put off for many years and it was exciting to finally get them completed! Iâ m happy to finally find electricians that I could not only trust in my home but also do an excellent job. The communication was clear and the quote was upfront and fair for the work being done. Brian had some great suggestions and was not pushy at all. Brain and Pablo was able to do the work the same day. My experience was a 10/10. Thanks so much West Houston Electric, Brian & Pablo!! The electrician, Rolan, was very efficient, very knowledgeable, very polite, and very pleasant.

My tech, Christian, was respectful, knowledgeable and professional. Additionally, those in the office I spoke to over the phone were polite and helpful.

Our electrician Brian did a thorough job of examining our home work area and explaining what our requested job involved, surge protection and new breaker panel. He provided a quote for all the elements to be performed and explained the importance of each. We felt very comfortable moving forward with the project.
