Vector is knowledgeable and honest. He fixed a leaking water filter Samsung issue. It only required a replacement water filter with a functional o-ring seal. Two OEM (Samsung) filters which I bought through Amazon were both faulty and leaked. Samsung is an incompetent refrigerator company that should be avoided.
