We had a very bad experience with Trilogy. We chose them because Choice Home Insurance sent them to our house. When Choice refused to pay for repairs, Trilogy had already made some changes in our HVAC system - it was a big mistake that we let them do - they are not qualified to do work on 2 zone systems. We were told by another company that they could not give us a good proposal to fix our system because Triologys experimental adjustments might change the scope of the other companys estimates. We found out from another company, who fixed the problem, that Trilogy technician made several mistakes, including mixed wires twisted together for long connections. Trilogy technician also had air flowing to zone 1 from zone 2 control box. Trilogy technician mismatched dampers diameters with the air duct diameters.
Description of Work: Air flow with 2 zone system wasn't working correctly
