James came out and helped us through the entire process...worked with our insurance company before and after the work was done.....his crew did a great job with the roof...over and above the call of duty....they even returned to see about it two or three days later.....I'd definitely hire them again.............we love the Georgetown Grey Shingles!!!

The roof looks great and we would not hire another roof contractor. If you want it done right with care and exceptional quality, then James and Roof Depot are a must.

They did temporary fixes since the rain was not ending and were able to schedule visiting after the rain stopped in order to perform a more permanent fix. It was a fabulous help.

We were able to schedule to meet our availability. Painter was courteous and cleaned up after himself. The finish product looked like the entire wall was re-painted even though it was a partial wall re-paint; we are very pleased with the results. Due to prep work on wall, there was a strong smell like paint thinner. Company owner came out to check it out and explained the process painter took to prep the wall and the smell would go away. It did within a few hours. We were very appreciative of the company owner coming out late in the day on a Friday.

Came to inspect the problem same day as calling and we were able to schedule immediately the repair. Due to weather, we had to delay repair one day but kept us informed of scheduling. Arrived on time; tech was courtesy and left area clean.

The Roof Depot was very professional and timely. They exceeded our expectations. They were genuinely concerned about making sure our mothers needs were met. They completed the work in a timely manner and were extremely clean and neat. They made sure all her needs were met before final payment was made.

James and his crew were excellent to work with! They were efficient and productive. It is a great quality roof and they had it finished in a day and a half. They cleaned as they worked so my yard always looked neat. His crew also replaced some fascia board around my house and painted it to match. I would highly recommend The Roof Depot to anyone looking for a new roof!

From the beginning to the end it was an incredible experience. James was always available to help and answer any questions we had. The roofers were efficient and very professional. They were very diligent about cleaning up the work area. A+ job. We would highly recommend The Roof Depot.

I had 5 different recommendations for roofing companies that I contacted and even had two come out to my house. After that initial meeting I didn't hear from them again even though I followed up with them several different times. I was disappointed in those roofing companies lack of communication. Then I met James. I told James what I had going on he came out and met with me. Review the roof and told me that he would have his own personal adjuster come out and take a look at it again as the initial quote should have covered more than what it did. They came out and submitted everything to the insurance company and received approval. James gave me several different houses to take a look at so that we could decide which style/color of shingle to use and then he came out to my house and brought several different singles. He worked through each one very patiently with me and then got up on the roof and nailed up four different color that i had picked just so that I could see him. I didn't even ask him to do this. That is what you call good work people. The work that was done on my roof was excellent. Plus the new guttering looks terrific and is setup way better than I had it originally. James followed up several times with me to make sure I liked everything as well. I have been dealing with contractors all my life in various trades as a son of a contractor. I have seen and met them all. I have learned to look for men of integrity (that do what they say they are going to do) and who work hard without substituting craftsmanship. I believe that James has demonstrated those qualities the entire time. I would highly recommend him for your next job.

I couldn't be happier with the service and work performed by The Roof Depot, top notch all the way across the board, and I have recommended them to several of my friends and neighbors. Don't let the name fool you into thinking that they only work with roofs, as their dry wall paint crew they sent to my house matched the texture and paint on my ceilings and walls. James walked me through filing a claim with my home owners insurance, came back out with the adjuster came out, a week later my insurance company contacted me to inform me that adjuster no longer worked for them and they did not have their reports, so a second adjuster was sent out and James met me and the 2nd adjuster for new evaluation, and after another week my claim was approved and almost immediately a crew was out here prepping my yard, covering my swimming pool completely, old roof stripped, wood replaced, and then top of the line material used on my new roof, and then the crew cleaned my yard and picked up everything before they left. My new roof looks great and my yard back in front was cleaner than before they showed up. As a single parent I struggle to get everything done in a day and I had to cancel on the first appointment that I had set up with James to get the interior work performed, and after a week I found an opening and James had his paint dry wall and paint guys here the next day, and they knocked out the patches and paint, and cleaned up and left. We were plagued with constant rain for nearly 2 months. We caught a day and a half break when the woodwork/Hardyplank was installed and two days later was able to do the roofing finishing about an hour before the rains came again. Rains have been constant for weeks again and no leaks detected. All Workers were courteous and the work site was clean every day. The contractor stayed in frequent contact during the long period of weather delay. I have no complaints and would use and recommend this contractor.
