+ -1 moreI was on a time crunch and did not get any other estimates, but the Glass Store quoted me what I believed to be a reasonable price for the window glass. The plastic glazing round the other windows was more than I expected. After first contacting the store, they came out quickly for the estimate. Because the glass that needed to be replaced was an odd shape I was told that it would be 3-5 days before it would be ready. After a week without hearing from them, I called the store and was told "it came in yesterday." They were able to schedule an install time quickly. The installed arrived exactly on time. He was quick, and appeared to do very good work. Everything took just under an hour. The only reason I give them a B over all is because I had to contact the store to check on the ordered glass. Everything else was great.

+ -1 moreI broke one of my front windows while cleaning it. I called The Glass Store and he came that afternoon to look at it and give me an estimate. His estimate was $100 less than the other companies I called and service was 3 days earlier than what they offered. A service man came 3 business days later, as promised, to install the window. Everyone was very professional and prompt. I am happy with the service and would definitely recommend The Glass Store.

Description of Work: The representative (owner?), Donny, came and gave us an estimate. He was lower than the other estimate so we placed our order with him. We ordered tempered rain glass for a shower and glass for two kitchen cabinet doors. After we placed the order we never could get in touch with him. He would not return calls, we had to track him down and then he made one excuse after another. He continued to not return calls, we again had to track him down. He set an appointment for installation then the afternoon before he was to install he admitted he didn't have the glass. Our entire construction job was delayed 10 days due to his dishonesty. We will never use this company again and want to warn anyone else of their unreliability.
