They are honest. They are quick to return a phone all and explain if they cannot come out immediately and why they cannot come out and when they will be able to come out. They work overtime to make sure that they know that the customer during the summer time is without air-conditioning. During such situations they makes sure that at some point during the day they come out. They have come out probably four or five different times. Each time they have come out for a different reason. There have been instances when they have explained that they have been busy. Those particular situations could wait a day or two. There are other times when we cannot make it through the night and then they make sure that they fit us into their schedule. I was very impressed with that. They are professional and they do not leave a mess. I have not compared the prices nor am I an expert but I feel it is reasonable. I would use them in the future.

We had an older air conditioner, and it required some repair and servicing over the years. We always called Texas air as they do good work. The service men did my regular maintenance as well as anything else I needed and were very punctual and easy to deal with. They replaced the condenser and my big box unit to update the old one, and it saved me some money. Everything works great. I will continue to call these men whenever I need some service or maintenance work on my furnace and air conditioner, as they are always punctual and professional.
