Good but they are busy. They have a good price and gave us a reasonable presentation. They had a good landscaping selection.

Provider responded to all calls and emails (email was slower but efficient). they were even able to install a day earlier than first agreed upon which made my wife very happy. Provider is very personable and takes his time answering questions and explaining sprinkler system design and operation. The provider showed up around 8am and immediately went to work, the provider manually does the trenches (no machine). because it was a day early the cable company hadn't showed up (even though it had been 48 hours after I called the dig number), so there was concern regarding the cable I knew ran from my yard to the neighbors cable hook up. Anyway they worked at a steady pace throughout the day. Murphy's law eventually showed up and they did cut the neighbors cable, the provider specifically states they are not responsible for cut cables; however he did offer to take care of it, I informed him no worries and I went to home depot picked up some RG6 cable ran it myself and all was good. I did ask if the provider would bury it which the crew did. I believe they finished around 3pm and the owner of the company was there he walked me through the sprinkler controller operation, walked the install with me explaining the different zones and how to adjust the sprinkler heads. One thing i should mention is they use a basic controller made for indoor/outdoor use; however I wanted it inside the garage, so they did install it in the garage, but the controller has a regular plug in and basically all they do is drill a hole and pipe the cables up to the controller. The garage wall where it was easy to drill into did not have an outlet, so right now I am using an extension cord. IMO it doesn't look that great in the garage and people should consider just placing it outside. The controller is very simple to program and control. On my lawn he just used sprayers, no rotors which personally I prefer. The crew cleaned up after themeselves I am having trouble adjusting the spray pattern, provider said they were 360 and just by twisting them you can make any pattern from 0-360 with them (he did demonstrate this when we were walking the installation). When I try to twist them they either don't move or I turn the whole thing. I haven't called him yet, because really the providers setting on all but 1 or 2 is spot on. It feels so good to wake up, look outside and see the moist ground and know one task is already done. Overall I am EXTREMELY happy with the system and have already asked him to quote me on some landscaping. I would definitely recommend the provider and plan on using them again.

Eric Ford, Owner, came out and gave a free and thorough estimate. He was very knowledgeable about his business, and advised what would work, or what would not work. He even gave me some advice on my trees and bushes (I had asked for). He arrived on time, and when he scheduled his team to arrive, they arrived on time. He showed up to make sure everything was going alright. And was there until they finished. He tested the sprinkler system and made sure everything worked correctly before leaving. We haven't had anymore drainage problems: before he installed the drains alongside the house, it was a constant swamp there.

Eric came in with a crew and they went to work. Wow, we are very impressed with Superiors work and will use them for all our lawn care and landscaping. We have tried many, but none compared with Superiors work and service.

I asked for quotes from about 5 or 6 Angie's List contractors. The highest came in at 4,600 and the lowest was 3,000. Eric with Superior Lawn Care provided the lowest quote and also the most professional quote package. (Folder, detailed description of system, equipment which would be used, operating specs for equipment, etc.) I work a strange shift and wasn't completely sure that I was going to be able to meet with Eric for the quote, but he was able to come out and look at the property without me being there. They are very busy and a couple times when I tried to call the office, the receptionist took a message from me to relay to Eric and despite his busyness, he got back with me moderately fast. When the workers came to install the sprinkler system, we did run into an issue where one of the guys pulled too h****** the fiber optic line running into my house. The Fiber broke at the box, but the ISP was able to come out a few hours later and splice the fiber. I wasn't all that happy at the time, however, Eric knocked $150 off the total price of the system to cover the cost of the splice and also for the inconvenience. (the IPS's repair cost is $90). Overall I'm very happy with the sprinkler system. It's a quality system with lots of coverage, great functionality, a rain sensor and a good controller. (inside powered, not outside battery operated) Something that could make their service better is if they included an adjustment tool with the system. No big deal though as it's only $3 on Amazon. I would recommend them and would have given them an A overall if it weren't for the issue with the fiber line. I will most likely be using them for any additional landscaping needs and I also may use them for lawn maintenance as well.

They didn’t do the best of jobs. They left some bushes untrimmed which I reported to them. They do an alright job. If someone is looking for a well maintained lawn care then they are not the people. They will simply cut the grass. They respond pretty well and they are on time.

They did good. I have recommended them to quite a few people in our area. I would use them again.

I had to call back four times to get an answer.

I had the owner came out to give me a quote for a new patio. Eric came out to look at what I needed done and said that he would email me a quote, however I have never received it. I exchanged a couple emails with Eric and I still never heard anything back. At this point I am working at finding someone else to do my patio.

We last used them in the spring last year. We are very pleased with Eric, he came by after hours which was requested because we work. He walked through and gave us suggestions and recommendations, he even had a drawing of his suggestions. He was there for installation. His crew worked really quickly and they got it done in one day and when one of the plants wilted and died they replaced without charge. They also did the drainage system at the back because there was some water collecting under the lawn. They did the piping and irrigation. Eric is worth an 'A'. He is pretty much affordable.

My next door neighbor recommended Superior Lawn Care in January 2013. I called, talked to the owner, Eric Ford, and he came out to my house to give me an estimate for both a tweak to my landscaping and for ongoing lawn care. The plan for my landscaping was approved and, to be very honest, I am very happy with the outcome. My experience with their lawn service is a totally different story. At our meeting, I very explicitly explained to Eric my expectations regarding lawn care and my challenges with my previous experiences. I was extremely clear that I was happy to pay for weeding; but when I pay for weeding, I want weeding! I am weed adverse! He explained to me that monthly price (which was $48.71/week; higher than the average in our area) included services such as weekly weeding, and periodic trimming of the shrubs and turning the soil. In May, I wrote a note on the invoice, which I returned to the office with the monthly check, asking for them to pay more attention to the weeding as I had pulled a handful of weeds out of my flowerbeds on the afternoon after they left. No response was received from anyone. A week later, I took a picture of a very large weed and forwarded it to Eric, with a similar message. I did receive a response from him that he forwarded my message onto someone. Several weeks later, I called the office and left a voicemail with a similar message as the situation was still occurring. I left another message in August as the weeds were just not being pulled though I had paid a premium for the summer months. My was feeling cheated and my patience was running very thin! Also, when I paid the September invoice, on 9/8/13, I wrote in huge red letters on the invoice, that I wanted them to go to every other week mowing in October; on 9/28/13, I received a bill for weekly mowing in October. I left a message for Eric to call me - no response. I fired them via voicemail and fax and, at the time, I did not express why. I was curious if they cared why - they obviously did not. I never received any response. An 'I'm sorry' would have gone a long way with regard to my feelings about their customer service - of which, I feel, there is none. I do not want to be considered a high-maintenance client, I just want what I pay for! Perhaps Eric's business has grown larger than his capacity to manage the details or manage the people that manage the details. In my opinion, it is the attention to detail that customers who are willing to pay these kind of prices are expecting. I certainly was and I was extremely disappointed.

Eric and his crew were fantastic. They did a great job. I will definitely use them in the future.

They cut and trim. They never go out of their way to trim anything extra. They never turn over mulch as agreed when we contracted thier services. I have repeatedly asked them to not cut the grass so low but they continue to do so which is killing spots in my lawn. I've had a very overgrown bush in front of our front door that I have purposely waited to see if they would even ask me if they should trim, even at a charge but not once in 4 months. I also asked that they use an edger for the edges and they do not. The only good thing that I've noticed is that they have done a much better job at keeping the grass out of the pool and using the skimmer to get out what they can in a reasonable amount of time on task. I do appreciate that. (although I asked them to do it and we tip considerably well because of it.) The owner is very polite and I believe means well. We call and speak with him and he assures us that it will change. He uses what I would think are non-english speaking hispanic immigrants. I have not checked to see if they are legal other than at the time that we contracted he assured that they were legitimate employees with I9s completed and verified. I am pleased with their politeness and punctuality but I am very disapointed that we went with this company because of Angie's List recommendation and my lawn has suffered tremendously because they will not cut just a little bit hight. Overall I would give them a C and I will be canceling services next month. I will cut it myself!

Eric showed up on time and seemed to have a vision that I was really interested in. He said he was going to send me an estimate in a few days. I never got the estimate and I called his office three times to ask for it before I spent $3,600 with someone else. I was disappointed that he didn't even want to give me an estimate, especially since I called him based on his reviews on Angies List.

Superior shows up for their regular service of lawn mowing and edging on a weekly basis. However, they are supposed to be providing additional services such as weeding, trimming shrubs, etc. each time they are here. That has not been done. When we call to complain, they do show up at either unexpected times or the regular time and they include some weeding. On occasion, they have weeded out something they shouldn't have, such as a tomato plant. However, they have yet to trim shrubs (we have had to do that ourselves). We have asked for additional services such as aeration of the lawn, inspecting and repair of the sprinkler system, tree service, etc. and that has yet to be done. The office staff has said that Eric handles that and will call, but that has not happened, despite our "reminders". Very frustrating! If we pay for services, we expect to get them, plain and simple. And, if they say that they can do additional services, we would expect that they would get it done. So, at this point, we are ready to find another provider.

They are prompt and show up on time. I did not have to sign any contract and only get charged when they do come to cut lawn. I like that

I contacted the company about them performing my weekly lawn care. I explained how I want my lawn cut and trimmed. I have hired them to perfom my lawn care weekly. I have been satisfied with their services and my lawn looks great. The company is very responsive and lets me know if there sre any changes in the schedule.

Eric and his team care for my lawn on a weekly basis. They are very quick, very clean, and very professional. They are great about keeping my dog in the back yard while they do their work, and do their best to keep the clippings out of the pool. Whenever I have a question, Eric is quick to call me or e-mail me back.
