This was my husbands first time PCSing and using the military to move his belongings. Packing went great, and Sunrise Relocation promptly picked up our stuff the same day to transport it to North Carolina for us. There was a few hiccups along the way, but life happens and I really don’t blame them after they explained everything to us. The biggest thing I think they could work on is just communicating a little bit more, I know it can be a nerve racking time for military families and more communication can be incredibly helpful. I can’t complain because they didn’t damage our stuff, and nothing was stolen or missing. They genuinely went above and beyond for us, and helped fix my husbands couch that wasn’t even damaged by them. Overall, it was a good experience and I’m thankful we got them. Thank you again to the crew that helped us in El Paso and to the crew that helped us in North Carolina. It is very nice to have all our belongings again.

Punctual, courteous,and conscientious. They went out of their way to help and make sure everything was in order before they left. They even took the boxes away. They made sure that everything was properly installed and connected before leaving. We have used them 3 times with interstate moves and they are the best ever! Their professionalism was outstanding!
