Stars and Stripes Roofing

I have recently had the pleasure of doing business with Stars and Stripes. After filing an insurance claim they came out to do the initial inspection on my property. I discovered that Stars and Stripes have been an approved contractor for AMICA insurance as well as many others for many years. Our claim handler told me that few companies stay on rotation as approved contactors and the fact that they had been on for so many was a testament to their good service and work. Their work was quick, efficient, friendly and communication was great. Furthermore, the workers had been affiliated with Stars and Stripes for nearly 2 decades. As a customer that tells me that it is a solid business who takes care of its workers and customers. In the end, I felt that I did not only get what I paid for but much more as well. Excellent!

Excellent. Ron Levi is a good guy who hires good people. Everyone was very responsive to phone calls or texts. Also, Ron worked flawlessly with the insurance company (Amica), which was very helpful.

S&S were great to work with. They were very responsive and attentive. they were sent by the insurance company, but they took very good care of us and worked with us and the insurance company when we wanted to do upgrades. Quality of the work was very good

Some of the employees not the most experienced. However, Stars and Stripes good about prompt corrections, i.e., very responsive. Their foreman was top notch.

Was happy with the installation process. I should not have parked in my garage but on the street as I couldn't leave with the supplies on my driveway but it was a minor inconvenience. The crew did a pretty good job cleaning up at the end of the process.

I used another provider.

They were very professional. They showed up on time, got up on the roof, and repaired it. My roof doesn't leak anymore. I am happy. No more indoor rain. I highly recommend this company.

The good was the oversee guy., He was very responsive when I called him. It was a huge job for him and his contractors. The painters did a great job. The tile man was exceptional. The wood guy is a C. I got them because my insurance suggester worked with them all the time.

The owner is very courteous and a pleasure to deal with. He gave a very reasonable and detailed estimate and the invoice was exactly the same as the estimate, even though we had a steep roof that ended up requiring more shingles than initially expected. The crew was very prompt and experienced and it's a testament to the owner and the business that the crew has been together for many years. We got good advice on maintenance and they are a company I would trust to do business with again.

They were referred to by our insurance company. They had a crew come out and they worked all day long, took a lunch break. If I saw something that I didn't like, they would correct it and went back and did everything that I asked them to do. We felt kind of confident that our insurance company gave us right people. They gave us three choices and we chose this one on our own but any of those that we would have chosen from the three, the insurance company would have stood behind their work, so we had somebody to fall back on. If we ever did need them, we would probably go back and contact them.

The job was done on time and on budget. Ron took personal attention to ensure the job was done properly. He is very responsive to your requests and will give you a fair estimate on what something will cost. He also will counsel you on what sort of work you need to do in order for you not to overpay or pay for things you do not need. I am extremely happy with his work.

We liked them. The price was fine. Everything about them was great. I don't have a lot to compare.

I hired Stars and Stripes to build a new patio for us, and they did a great job. I also had a leak in my house that did some damage to some sheet rock and carpeting. The service men were very efficient in getting everything fixed and replaced for me. The men cleaned up after themselves daily, and we were very pleased with the work they did.
