Square Cow Movers Katy

Asked Square Cow to move two refrigerator; they dropped and destroyed one as well as damaging wood floors and several personal items. They also damaged the second refrigerator. We did not expect 100% of the items we paid them to move to be damaged or destroyed. Total damages exceeded $11,000. Square Cow did repair the floor and offered me $1,100.00 compensation for the two refrigerators and personal items, as per their contract. Their standard insurance is based on the weight of the objects moved and not the value, be aware of this when agreeing to their contract terms. Everyone I have dealt with at Square Cow has been courteous but their job is to move things without damaging them and using them has cost me over $10,000. Make sure you take out extra insurance.

Absolutely awesome. I was so stressed out because this move was so huge - I was truly in tears. BUT - these guys pulled it off without a hitch. I cannot say enough good things about how professional, respectful and how hard working they are.

At the end of the first day they started connecting my washing machine in my new home, broke the water pipe off, flooded my house and ruined my hardwood floors. There is also water damage in one of my walls. Other than repairing the pipe they decided that the damage was my responsibility. They charged me a lot of money for this move, they did not finish in one day and had to return again to finish the job. They also damaged the walls and wood floors in my townhouse. There was a lot of damage to my furniture, refrigerator and other items. The movers were slow and careless. Their management was very rude when they told me they were not responsible for the water damage to my home, they had a long list of insults when they told me why I was to blame for the water damage. A terrible experience, I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone.

Great! Hassan and his crew of two were very polite, efficient, and hard working. Moved lots of stuff in the heat, all with cheerful attitude. We'll be calling them back to help us move into new house next month. Couldn't be happier.

Perfect. We couldn't be happier. We gave an F to one of their competitors (Two Men and a Truck) a few weeks ago. Office contact and scheduling couldn't have been better. We have mostly family antiques with a large component of sentimental value. Many of the pieces are +100 years old and some have pre-existing damage and structural weaknesses. We are correspondingly nervous and demanding. Andy and Nee (sp?) were ontime, well-spoken, polite and clean. They conducted the move as professionals: before picking up each piece, they planned---how to prepare the piece, how to pick up, what path to take, obstacles, where to set down, etc. They also did something very welcome that few movers do-they asked if we would allow them to do something before they did it-such as move an obstacle from a path, plug in lamps, etc. The paperwork for moves must satisfy complex government regulations and is usually written to accompany moves that cross statelines. It is a burden and is far more than you can read and understand. Because this was a simple move (within the same house), Square Cow had gone to the trouble to simplify their paperwork to no more than it needed to be. That streamlining was very welcome; I knew what I was signing. Pricing is advantageous; we only had to pay one way transit, not two-way as with most movers. To sum up, we won't look anywhere else for the next movers. Almost wish we had another project for them.

We had a great experience with Square Cow. Highest professionalism, customer service and likability. We would definitely use them again. In fact, we are--our daughter moves next month and I've already got Square Cow on my calendar to give them a call. A personal shout-out to Chris Kersey, my Houston point person. Also the packing crew of Mac, James and Dre. And the movers--James, Chris C. and Andrew. Truly an awesome group of guys and great ambassadors for their company. On the back of their T-shirts, it reads "Yes, ma'm. Yes, sir. No problem. It's my pleasure." These guys walked that talk.

Highly recommend Square Cow. From the initial consultation/survey to the day of the move, everyone was professional and did a great job. We have made several interstate moves over the past 10 years, and our experience with Square Cow was one of the best. They offer competitive pricing as well.

They were cheaper, better and more professional. They were wonderful. I liked them so well that I used them the second day. Since then I have had 2 friends who have used them. All of us can’t find anything wrong with their service and profession. They split up the bill and I don’t know what it was. They matched prices though. They put the rubber mat down and padded the bannister and did things like that. The smaller stuff counts. There’s nothing that they need to improve upon. They matched prices and so they were more than reasonable in price. They matched the price of another company which was cheaper, but they matched his price. They actually call their customer before they leave their office.
