I was really impressed with the efficiency, professionalism, and personal care of this company. Harry is a very knowledgeable guy who quickly devised a plan that fit our needs and offered a same-day bid on the job that was more than reasonable. He was responsive at every step of the job, changing traps daily, immediately responding to calls and texts, and explaining every aspect. He was also flexible, rolling with our schedule as needed. I value the ability to trust a home repair company/person more than anything else, and Harry is a very trustworthy, personable guy.

Harry was quick to respond to our request for a quote - within five minutes of our online request. He was consistently courteous and explained everything he was going to do and why. Was also flexible when we deviated from the normal treatment just a bit, without any complaints or extra fees. His follow up was exactly as he said it would be, and he again offered flexibility. Would hire him again should the need ever arise. Very nice to work with!

He knew what he was doing, and went right work. I haven't had any problems since, it was great.
