+ -1 more2/1/11: Left voicemail requesting quote 2/3/11: No response via phone, so I emailed Mike. He responded saying he could come out and give me a quote on 2/4 or 2/5. I told him 2/4 would be fine. He never responded. 2/9/11 Emailed him inquiring as to whether he wanted my business 2/10/11 He came out to give me a quote on two different projects. 3/29/11: Told him I wanted a quote on just one of the projects, and could he break the quote out. He never responded. 4/9/11 : Reiterated my request, stated that this would be the last time I contacted him if I didn't hear anything back. I've had work done by Mike a couple of times, and was always satisfied with the price and the quality of work. My issue that caused me to stop using him was his poor communication.
Description of Work: No service performed, couldn't get Mike to come out and perform service.

+ -1 moreSemper Fi worked with me to schedule a time. They are prompt, friendly and competent. The cook top is situated in an island with a downdraft, so it was not an ordinary install. The owner stopped by to check on t he progress and everything was handled in a professional manner.
