On May 5, 2024 Frank Sanchez provided a quote for our new kitchen to be completely done in three weeks. Frank came to our house numerous times to take measurements for the cabinets. I didn't realized he didn't order our cabinets yet. We're trying to get our house on the market to sell. We've lost soooo much time to get this house on the market before the school year starts in August. We paid Frank $6,200 on May 23, 2024. He asked for this amount to pay for the custom-built cabinets and the slab of quartz that he was supposed to have purchased once he ordered the custom-built cabinets. The cabinets arrived broken. He reordered them but he wouldn't tell us when they would arrive and be installed. When we talked to him yesterday he said the replacement parts and pieces wouldn't arrive until "sometime in Sept." We started this project in May and it has been doomed from the start. We bought all of the product used to lay the floor. Frank's style of "communication" is a complete disappointment. I have asked to see our slab that we bought sight unseen even though we told Frank we'd drive anywhere to see the slab in person. Apparently he never even bought the slab that we paid for in the $6200 check we wrote. Yesterday he hit a new low. We told him we couldn't wait til "Sometime in September" for these custom cabinets to be redone. He came to take our upper cabinets out to install different store-ready cabinets and then he went crazy. He called the Katy Police to our house because he dreamt up that I had accused him of robbing us. The sheriff that responded to the call was disgusted with Frank wasting her time on such nonsense. This morning he called my husband and said he was no longer working on our project. He quit. We tried to reason with him, but he stopped communicating with us. We have a signed contract with this man to finish the work. Yesterday he was quick to remind me that we have a signed contract when he told us that we were being too impatient while waiting over 60 days for this contract. Well today he did not choose to mention our signed contract that started in early May 2024. I want all of our $6,200 back because this man promised something on a signed contract that I do not believe he has the skill level to complete. I've been with Angi for decades. I have hired many contractors and other services with your company. I have never received F rated service with any of your "pros." Frank also didn't let me choose the sink I wanted or the faucet I wanted. Since we never saw the UNORDERED slab of Quartz, I never really got to finalize my back splash tiles. Frank has ruined our chances of selling our house before school starts on Aug. 15. He took all the joy out of it for me too. He highjacked my kitchen for over 60 days, and we have spent a TON of money eating out because we do not have a usable kitchen. We also paid him for custom made 42" cabinets, not premade cabinets from Lowe's or Home Depot. I truly believe we are due our $6,200 back in full for all of the turmoil we have endured. I don't want him to be able to prey on many other Angi's customers. Frank Sanchez never told us our custom made cabinets were not refundable. It certainly wasn’t in the contract he had me sign. He also didn’t put down a drop cloth like he said he would while he demolished our kitchen. We had a one inch layer of dust and pieces of tile on everything in our living room and dining room. I also found out that the floor he installed incorrectly is going to cost us $700 to fix! I’ve been an Angi customer for over two Decades. I’ve never left a bad review about any “pro” suggested by Angi. I truly received F service. I am out the $6200 that I paid him for the quartz countertops and the cabinets. As of now I don’t have quartz slabs and we have no cabinet. We’ve been without a usable kitchen for over two months and we really need your advocacy against this worthless contractor.

Great experience. Would hire again. Moved my toilet pluming over. New floors put it and showers tile was redone and water proofed. Bathroom was also repainted. We have also used the Christmas lights service. Would highly recommend.
