+ -1 moreThis was the third or fourth time we hired Ricardo to paint for us, and this time was a letdown. The attention to detail was missing this time. It appears that they did not mask around the tile or woodwork, and did not bother to clean up the paint that was applied to the tile or woodwork. The same with outlets and a vanity mirror that was left in place.
Description of Work: We hired Ricardo to paint 3 bathrooms - 2 of the 3 had wallpaper. Estimate for labor was for $1,200. For the price I did not get my money's worth this time. Job took 16 man hours. That is $75.00 per hour. I bought all the paint, removed and installed the toilet tanks (3), removed all the switch and outlet cover plates, removed and installed all towel bars, and removed and installed the light fixtures. Ricardo supplied the labor, brushes, rollers, drop cloths, and ladder. I wish he would have taken the time to do the little extras like taping off areas, or cleaning them up if you choose not to tape them.

Description of Work: Ricardo repainted our entire downstairs living area and the upstairs common areas. His work is neat and looks very good.
