It was just a design consultation.

Poorly. Not an accurate drawing (2nd attempt) even after I delivered pictures of our kitchen after her camera failed due to an uncharged battery & her attempt to recreate an accurate drawing from her memory (1st attempt). Over a week to respond to each em that I sent & no response to the voice mail I left. She did confirm when I spoke w/ her a week later that she received my voice mail.

we were looking to move quickly. Bina accommodated our strict time line, worked with us on design & 3D. Crew was always very polite & punctual. job was finished on time. we changed few items & got response from the team very quickly. I'll hire them for future projects.

The job took 8 days. The upstairs bathroom needed a makeover - new tub, updated tile, counter top, new plumbing and new light fixtures. The crew was very good and professional. The contractor checked daily the progress. The material was included with the price. The contractor has a show room and assisted me in the selection. I would this company again on future projects.

I highly recommend this company. Bina is a delight to work with, knowledgeable, professional and very helpful in working within a budget. She coordinated the job from beginning to end and was always available for questions. A backsplash sounds easy, but my home is old and offered several challenges, from electrical to plumbing. The tile installer arrived promptly as scheduled and did a beautiful job. The final cost was unchanged from my original quote. I've since chosen this company to do my upcoming bath remodel.

The consultant came out and looked at the bathroom and we agreed upon certain things to be done. She gave me a quote and "lost" it on her computer so I never received a paper copy of the first quote. When I told her I was ready to begin the project, she had to recreate the quote which did not include some items that were supposed to be, but I accepted it. After almost 6 weeks, they said the project was complete. However, I had to ask for several things to be redone because they were done incorrectly such as window blind installation, grout was used in the corners inside the tub and where the tub and tile met which should have been caulk, they only caulked around the front part of the toilet, metal trim had grout and paint on it, paint job was not right, installation of the baseboards were completely wrong (they didn't wrap the corners), the cabinet wasn't trimmed out, The basic demo and install work (tub, toilet, plumbing) were fine, however, the detail work was extremely poor and unprofessional. They put the holes in the wrong place in the granite (2 inches off center) and they wanted me to accept it. The crew seemed very inexperienced in basic detail work and every time I asked them to come out and fix something, something else was done wrong. We picked out a tile that became unavailable so that had to be changed and the cabinet wasn't the one we discussed and that had to change too. She said they were going to put a white frosted vessel sink in the bathroom and when I saw it, it was coke bottle green. I had to look and find one myself to have them install. They also used my garage for more than two weeks to store their demo trash and I had to ask them to remove it. The consultant was very unresponsive at times, would tell me we would meet to go over things at a certain time and then either cancel or just not show up. I finally decided to finish up the project myself because I didn't trust them to come back to do anything else. I was really hoping that I had found someone I could call to do my home projects, but I would NOT rehire this company.

They went so far as to bring samples to the house for me to look at. Once the decision was made and the tile genius (In my mind anyway) started working it was smooth sailing. When he was done and cleaned up, I couldn't even tell there's been work done. Would I use them again - you bet!!! They are worth it - deal or no deal!!

Before contacting to Quality upgrade, we received many quotes from different Contractors, and their quotes were really high with Lot of Hidden costs, as compared to services they were providing. We choosed Quality upgrade & Renovations, due to clear quote and reasonable prices. The price was very good vs the work quality they have performed. From Beginning to end it was really good experience, Bina Designed and showed us all options in 3-D model over big screen at her Showroom before the project started . She answered all concerns questions in detail. Material was of very good quality, and Installation was done very neatly. Her tile installation team did a great job and we are very happy with Work quality. They convert our shower, installed vanity, did electric drops and change flooring. In kitcen Built Island, installed Backsplash, flooring and cabinets. Work was completed on time, and then work qulity has been checked very carefully before the final touches. They clean every work related debrics. We are happy with the work done.

They were refereed to me by a fried who got her hardwood floors repaired. They refinished my 15 year hardwood floors with different stain. that changed the look of my floors & They also renovated my 3 bathrooms. Their 3D designs helped us really imagine the new layout & feel of the place. job was done with care & our floors / stairs were covered when crew was working in our house. very professional attitude with good on time finish of project

I selected Quality upgrades after talking to multiple contractors. Bina really made a difference in initial phase of the project, which helped us choose them. She explained pros & cons of different flooring types. That helped us choose the hardwood, which meets our needs.Also the process of bathroom design was very smooth. She listened to us & came up with ides using 3D designs & different combinations of color, tiles & mosaic. We were able to see our new bathroom on computer before they even started demo.Quality upgrade & renovation’s installation team was very professional. They covered our carpet & cabinetry before demo. & cleaned up after them.We plan to use this company for our future projects too

The difference maker was Bina, she knew exactly what we were looking for. The samples that she brought to us and the 3d modeling made the difference.
