Professional Air West

I realize this was 2 years ago, but this company has serviced my a/c and heating system several times over the last 13 or 14 years. Ron Albarado, the owner, was usually the one who came out for the service call. He was always very thorough and made sure that whatever needed to be done was done properly. There was never a 2nd call because something didn't get fixed the first time. I know that last year Ron retired but turned the business over to someone he trusted with his clients and his reputation.

He is ideal, he is honest and has so much integrity it's hard to explain. I would not have continued using him for the past 23 years if I didn't think he and his work was great. He has saved me more money than I have spent with him. He is a great guy.

I called Professional Airwest to do the annual service maintenance on my AC system - found a potential problem , promptly fixed it .

I can't say enough good things about this company. I have used them for a decade. Ron is honest, does quality work, and responds quickly to any A/C problem which is absolutely critical in an A/C dependent city like Houston. Today was 100+ day in Houston, the A/C was out, gave him a call and he was out at my house the same afternoon, repaired the problem.
