We purchased our home about 2 years ago and never had the ac checked. We truthfully had never gone on that side of the house and looked at it. Tuesday around lunchtime I noticed the temp climbing. And being from texas and as hot as its been new it was probably normal. however after 2 more hours it had climbed to 83 degrees i knew something was wrong. I walked out to the unit and noticed it was covered in dirt and making a terrible noise. I shut it down and called a friend of mine who recommended Pro Mechanical. After speaking with Carrie in the office She assured me that they would get someone out immediately and redirected a tech that was in the area to my house. He quickly diagnosed the problem and walked me through every option and scenario with repairing my ac and replacing. We would love to replace the system as its well over 15 years old unfortunately we just dont have the money or credit. However the technician walked me through some repair options and adding a maintenance plan to get additional discounts helped immensely. All in all not only were they professional but prompt and most of all honest. No sales gimmick and no tricks. Just good honest service. Would recommend time and time again.

We were out of the country and were notified that our ceiling had fallen in due to a leak from the drain lines on the AC. The first contractor that came out falsified an outrageous amount of work that needed to be done to correct the situation. We knew the proposed repairs weren't reasonable considering the house is only 6 years old. Our real estate agent recommended Pro Mechanical and they were absolutely top notch. Pro Mechanical called out the contractor that tried to cheat us, did the work the same day as he was called for a 1/3 of what we were previously quoted and ensured everything functioned properly. Couldn't ask for more especially when we were thousands of miles away and needed to be able to trust our contractor. He earned our trust and is now our AC person for life.

We had a heat problem. both of our units were about 15 years old. the technician walked us through every option to fix and even gave us options for replacement. After talking it over with my wife we decided to replace. The installers were very professional and courteous. they accomplished a large amount of work in a day and we havent been happier with the new system.
