I made the appointment but they never showed up.

He was very knowledgeable and very professional. We will call him again if we have any other plumbing problem. We had a disposable under the sink replaced and he was very knowledgeable in what he was doing. He also told us how the 15.11 he put in new homes and how they don’t last very long. So we got a really good one from him and we haven’t had a problem since, and this is almost 2 years later.

Attempted to contact through Angies List. After a couple days with no reply I called one of the numbers listed and got voicemail. Left a message with a description of the work to be done and a contact number. A week later no call back. Glad this was not an emergency! Amazingly this would have been a job that would have totaled several thousand dollars. Guess I'm in the wrong business if they can afford to ignore this type of work.

Came to the house within an hour of calling mid-day on a Monday when other companies had told me couldn't come the same day. Quickly determined the problem and moved the attic insulation that had caused the two pilot lights to go out for lack of air.

Our old water heater quit one evening. The next morning about 8 a.m. I called Plumbing911 and they (Dan) came within an hour (while enroute to another job) to look at my job and give a price for replacement. I accepted his bid and he returned later that same morning and had my new water heater installed before Noon. I had some prior knowledge of what a reasonable price should be and Dan quoted a price that was very much in line with my expectations. He also took the time to explain differences in the various brands and to emphasize the parts and labor warranty on my new heater. He was very professional throughout the process.

Jonathan showed up on time. I was given an estimate and the problems were explained to me. The plumber left to get the parts and came right back. Repaired both leaks, showed me the results and explained what had to be done to repair the sinks. He thanked me for my time and for using them. I would definitely call them again.

We would hire Dan for future work! Dan was responsive, personable and professional when he came out to look at our job and give us a quote for the work. He was thorough and helpful with additional suggestions we hadn't thought about. We didn't hire Dan because of scheduling but we will hire him in the future for plumbing needs. Had he been able to work us into his busy schedule he would have had the job. Unfortunately we needed the job done immediately and couldn't wait for him. He was a tab bit higher in price but he knows his stuff and would be worth the cost!

Dan and company arrived on time and promptly went to work digging the new water line route cutting out a tremendous number of tree roots (ranging from small to about 8" in diameter) along the path. The job took about 6 hours during which they took only one short break to rehydrate and rest. Two additional pluses in my opinion -- Plumbing 911 provided a 5 year warranty on their work and they used PEX type pipe instead of PVC (PEX is better as it has much better flexibility and is basically impervious to breakage/failure due to water freezing inside the pipe). Plumbing 911 also did a very good job cleaning up after the work was complete, including hauling off all trash resulting from the job so that I did not have to deal with it. Dan and company are also very personable and easy to work with. I am a very satisfied customer and will be using Plumbing 911 for plumbing jobs going forward and will also be referring them to family/friends. By the way, this is my second attempt for this review. The first time I clicked a link in an email sent from Angie's List to do the review and it brought up the review web page but did not prompt for login credentials and that completed review has not appeared as of this time.

I scheduled an appointment to replace my sink faucet a week ahead. The provider agreed to come around 8:30am on Friday April 4 th . He never showed up. I called him several times and left a voice mail. I still have not received any response. I went ahead and did the job with other company.

Dan came (slightly earlier than estimated) and provided an estimate ( substantially less than another company yesterday). He replaced old equipment with faucet we provided. He did a great job. He went out of his way to make sure it was completed to my liking.

I was very pleased with his service, he did a great job, came out the same day, took care of the issue immediately and we will be using him in the future.

It went very well, as we've experienced on numerous occasions with Dan. Dan showed up ahead of schedule. I explained what I had done to try and solve the issue with the clog, and then Dan and his helper got to work. It didn't take long for them to find the trouble and help us rectify the issue. Drain works fine now, and he gave us some great tips on how to keep things open and clear for the foreseeable future. We've worked with Dan on several projects before, and that is why we call him when we have an issue. He's fair on pricing. He is a straight shooter. You never feel like he's trying to sell you something you don't need. And, he's just a great guy to work with. He works clean and efficiently. I highly recommend him.

Dan was great to come out first thing on a Saturday so we could get our water turned back on. He fixed the issue, consulted with us on the problem and recommended actions to prevent future problems. This is the second time we have used Plumbing 911 and recommend him.

Dan was able to get out to see me the same day I called, called me 45 minutes before arriving to let me know he was on the way, quickly identified the problem, had the needed part with him and was able to fix the issue in less than 30 minutes. He and his assistant were friendly and professional. We will definitely use Plumbing 911 again and would recommend the company wholeheartedly.

Awesome, we've used Plumbing 911 before for inspections, quotes, and his prices, knowledge and explanations are always awesome! We plan on using them for any and all plumbing related repairs and have recommended him to family and friends.

When all other plumbers were booked, Dan called me back quickly. Once I told him my H2O had been off since the previous after noon, he stated he would try and come by at the end of the day since he too was fully booked. Fortunately one of his other customers cancelled their appt., and he was able to come by much sooner. I told him the name of the part that my H2O company had named on the ticket that was broken and causing the leak. It was actually a part to my sprinkler system, and since my sprinkler system wasn't connected to my home water supply, could be shut off. Basically, I hadn't needed to go without water in my home. I was a bit nervous since some my take advantage my particular situation, not Dan though. He stated even though he didn't have the part, that he could order it. He gave me a reasonable quote for the part and labor, I agreed and he said he'd call me once he got the part to set up a time for installation. Best of all he got me back up and running and didn't charge for the help, visit, or diagnosis! I would definitely recommend Dan and his company to others!

On his own initiative, Bill got a grout saw and removed two ceramic tiles from the kitchen floor that were bulging up to explore to verify if water was at work. Turns out everything was dry under the tiles. He then went outside and checked the side of the house and pointed out that there was a slight ripple in the siding of the house in line with the swelling tiles. Bill was very thorough, polite and customer focussed. And did I mention honest.

Sewer line backed up on Saturday night, overflowing into garage. Called Katy Plumbing and scheduled appoinment for next day. Technicians arrived punctually and completed a difficult cleanout in a professional manner. Our cleanout line consists of a T junction, which is difficult to snake properly. They said the problem could recur and recommended installation of proper cleanout line when that becomes necessary. The total cost did include a $125 emergency service fee for weekend work, and also a $99 savings agreement on future work that includes discounted rates on future work and waiver of emergency service fees.

I had two other quotes for the same job and both were 600 per shower (1200 total) and Dan did both for less than half. He arrived when he said he would completed the job within a couple of hours. Dan is very knowlegeable and a very honest guy. I will use him again in the future.

We played a little bit of phone tag, which is to be expected - I understand people are busy, and especially if they are a good tradesman/woman. He was scheduled to be at my house at 9:00am on Saturday and I called when he wasn't there between 9:30 and 9:45. He answered and explained that he had an emergency, which is understandable (but a call would have been nice). He showed up a little late for our noon appointment, but I understand being busy and appreciated him coming by on the weekend. I really appreciated that he was willing to provide a free quote for the work. We agreed on a price (I nearly fainted because I had no idea it would be as expensive as it is) and he told me he is busy but would give me a call to schedule the work. I had my new range delivered, and there it sits in the middle of my living room. He hasn't called me back and I will find someone else to do the work. Which is a shame, because he seems like a very professional plumber and is very friendly.

My water heater had been out for five days. My home warranty company, American Shield, sent a plumber out and they would not cover it and could not get it back to working condition and said I would need a new heater. I called Plumbing911 and Dan came out for a free estimate. Dan actually got my heater to work and stated that I did not need a new one. Dan told me that the water heater did need a new control switch because there was a bad batch that came through the manufacturer. He is able to get me the switch from them at no cost. Dan also stated that my vent on the roof needs to be fixed and he can do that as well. I told him we might be getting a new roof so he told me it would be cheaper for me to see if I will actually be getting a new roof and have the roofers do it, since they will be doing it anyway, than have him. He is truly out to help the customer and make lifelong customers in the process. I will use him for everything I need now.

I called Plumbing 911 on a Saturday afternoon when we discovered that both of our water heaters were finished (one apparently had been for a while, but as we didn't typically have that much demand for hot water, we didn't notice it... until we had a houseful of company!). The owner was upfront with me over the phone -- given their small size, there was no way they way they could get to me that day, but if I could wait until Monday, it would be worth my while: their estimate was about 40-50% less than the quote I got over the phone from one of the "big name" plumbers (who I'd used for years... but who I began to suspect was charging very high rates to pay for their advertising). So, we waited, and they were here promptly as promised on Monday morning - very courteous, very professional, and - as I mentioned - significantly cheaper than the "big boys", for the same product. We survived one day of cold showers in order to use Plumbing 911 - and it was worth the trade-off!

They were great. They actually showed up early and got what we needed done. We would recommend them but there wasn't anything fabulous or bad to say. The price was a little steep but we were desperate.

There were no problems at all during this service visit. He helped answer some other questions I had and was very helpful.

We worked with Dan ahead of time to make sure we would have the necessary space to install the water softener. Everything fit just as planned and the installation went very smoothly. The softener really makes a big difference in the quality of the water. I think it was a great investment.
