I am pleased with the response and the services provided. The crew did a great job and my playset looks new again.

It was fantastic. They were on time, polite and professional. They arrived at 8:00 and by 5:30 we were playing on the playset. It could not have been a better experience. They ensured it was placed exactly to our specifications, and ensured it was level and secure for my girls. My only regret was not calling them months ago! Well worth the cost...it woudl have taken us many hours of frustration to have done it ourselves.

They were on time - actually a few minutes early arriving around 7:25 in the morning and finished around 12:30 (in part they were trying to beat some potential rain). They got my input at a critical point in terms of the location and made sure there was enough clearance around the playset for safety issues. The finished product was exactly as pictured on the internet and I could not find any flaws or issues with their assembly. They were very friendly to deal with and I'm so glad we paid for the assembly rather than trying to tackle it ourselves with 3 little kids underfoot.

We purchased a playset off the internet and needed it installed. It was installed in a little under 8 hours, exactly what we were told by the company. Other companies said they could install it in 20+ hours. The guys were super polite and kind - even to my kids who couldn't wait to start playing. We got several quotes, but I just knew based on our conversation that this company was most qualified. We had extremely uneven ground due to two large pine trees and roots we recently had removed, but you can even see in the picture what a great job the guys did leveling the playset - we were very impressed. Whenever you trust a company to put together something your most precious possessions will be playing on, you don't want to just go with the cheapest quote and put your kids lives at risk. I definitely recommend this company to everyone. It was such a great experience!
