We are very pleased with the workmanship and service provided by Paver Connection and highly recommend them. In particular, John who checked the work we needed done and provided us with a very reasonable estimate of cost and time required for the job. Josh, who oversaw our project was wonderful about explaining what would be done as well as answering all our questions. The workmen were polite and professional and did a super job. Finally, Ann Carpenter kept in touch with us so we always knew exactly when to expect the crew. This was our second experience with Paver Connection and we could not be more please. If you need pavers or paver work, call them. You will not be sorry.

They were very prompt in following up with me and setting up the repair. The group they sent out was professional, cleanly and the repair was done well.

Excellent. Would hire again, again and again. Wish they offered other services as it is almost impossible to find a company that offers the work ethics and professionalism exhibited by every employee that we had contact with from every level in the company.

Their estimator was prompt and courteous. We received a professionally prepared bid of $10,000, which was well above that of the lower (and selected bid) of $4,600.

Sales people John Nicholas and Christi Curran came to our house to prepare the estimate. We selected color and paving stones and the pattern. Christi was in training that day. After that, we dealt only with Christi. She was very prompt and friendly when I called her with questions. The proposal arrived via email in a few days. Once we made our decision, Christi came back to the house to have me sign the contract and pay a deposit. About a week later, we found out when we'd be on their schedule. The work from start to finish took two days. The uniformed Paver Connection crew of 5 or 6 men was professional, efficient, obviously experienced, and kept a neat job site. I was impressed with their attention to detail - as in getting stones to fit just right. I expected to sacrifice plants that were growing on the corners of the deck, but they completed the job and the plants were untouched. Amazing. We are very pleased with Paver Connection. They did a great job.

My interaction with them went pretty well, but I don’t know if they are still in business because of the market or they might have changed the ownership. They seemed to be a very professional company and they were helpful too. I did read some reviews about them and they do pretty good work according to the reviews. They were responsive since they sent me a little report when I asked them for. I would definitely consider using their services in the future.

I was extremely impressed by how hard they all worked all day long. They obviously know what they are doing. They showed up on time and were very professional.

I couldn’t use them because my project was too small for them. He was extremely helpful; he put me in contact with somebody else who was willing to do the job for me. He did show up when he said he would. He took time with me on the phone.

Randy arrived to bid on the job prepared, punctual and very prefessional. He presented himself extremely knowledegeable about materials, application, installation, gradients and all aspects of the work to be done. Very attentive to our requests, needs, and questions. He presented a comprehensive plan that was detailed, appealing and included everything we asked for. His price as comparable to three others. His contract very detailed and all aspects of the work fully explained before start. The office staff was extremely communicative with us, calling with details, schedule etc. Most suprising was Rico, the foreman, and his crew. They were extremely professional and respectful of my property. All of my concerns and changes were immediately addressed to my satisfaction. The communication between Randy and the crew was exemplary. The finished product far exceeds my exigent expectations. I highly recommend Paver connection.

They were efficient, on time, incredibly hardworking team of men, and the work was perfection!
