Went very well. Reasonable price. Showed up on time. Loaded the items quickly. Definitely plan to use them again soon.

They said a great job , guys were professional and polite, and even made friends with my 10 week old puppy who was interested in the big truck and new people in her front yard. I would definitely use them in the future.

Chris and William arrived on time and loaded all junk as promised. The original quote they gave was $210 including a $25 military discount but once everything was loaded they recalculated the load and only charged me $165. This young men were military veterans and extreme gentlemen!!!

I called the company after one hour passed. I had documentation by email for pickup that day and yet, I wonder if pick up was not noted on the scheudle, I was told by phone the company would come right away after the mixup on the date. Within 30 minutes of the call, Chris and his assistant arrived. Chris and his assistant helped remove and load the sectional. Both were very professional and Chris was very pleasant to talk with. Chris honored my coupon from Angie's List . I would highly recommend this local provider. I was happy to see this provider supports our heroes- military veterans! Later that day, the owner ( Boone Smith) called me to followup on the pickup. Very professional, I might add. Thank you Patriots! God bless you and our military veterans:)

Showed up on time and did what they were supposed to do. Cleaned up after themselves and left the place nicer than when they showed up. Will use again when needed.

They showed up when they said they would, did what they said they would, and charged a fair price for it. No muss, no fuss. Just good.

These are veterans and I was glad to have found them on Angie's List. Patriots was prompt and professional. They not only dismantled a hot tub with all it's equipment, they dismantled a 12' x 25' deck with all of it's cement posts out of the ground. They worked hard and never once appeared sorry they took the job. They cleaned up everything and left the yard in good shape. I will call them again.

The Patriot crew showed up to give a quote (they charge based on how much of their truck you're filling). I agreed to the quote, and they started work immediately. They were fast, friendly, and thorough, and even swept the garage out for me once the debris was removed. The end price matched the quote.

Excellent Service! Call Patriots first! I called Patriots on Wednesday about removing an old outdoor table and chair set, an old broken down barbeque grill, and a rusted out full size (18') trampoline with safety netting. I called Patriots because I saw they are a Veteran owned and operated company, and I spoke to Boone, who gave me a rough estimate based on the items I needed to have hauled away. The very next day, Chris and Mack arrived 5 minutes early, they viewed the items I needed removed, and confirmed the same dollar amount Boone had given me. They were professional, courteous, and had everything broken down and loaded in their truck in less than 1 hour! It would have taken me all day just to break that trampoline down, let alone haul it away. I could not be happier with the excellent service Patriots provided and the very reasonable rate ($119 for all of that!). Patriots is an excellent service provider and I will definitely call them again when I need this type of service in the future. Called Patriots about removing some junk in a storage room on the back of my garage. They explained the process over the phone and the crew showed up the day of to provide a no obligation quote. I decided to move forward and they immediately started to start the work. The crew was professional and even cleaned up the room after they were finished. I was very pleased with the services and the company and would use them again in the future.

Patriots Junk Removal is an example of how every service call should be. I actually found the company while doing an internet search several months earlier and had bookmarked them. A company that supports our veterans already gets a big gold star in my book. I called and was relieved that the owner, Boone Smith confirmed they indeed take old appliances. I was taking delivery of a new refrigerator in 2 days and needed to schedule a pick up ASAP. In addition, I mentioned I had a couple of boxes of junk, so I felt their pricing was very reasonable. I scheduled an appointment for the following day. Two of Patriots guys (Chris & *sorry* I don't remember his helper's name) arrived within the window of time and got right to work. They removed the trim kit from around the refrigerator, unhooked, unplugged, and got that out the door and loaded on their truck. I had "staged" the other junk and items for recycle or donation in the garage. Much of it had already been boxed up previously and ready to go. In truth...my guestimating was awful and turned out to be more than a "couple of boxes of junk" and I tossed more on the pile. They worked quickly and were very polite. Although my junk sort of "multiplied", they stuck with their original quote. I will definitely be calling them the next time I'm in "clear out" mode. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. .
