Orkin

I have critters in my attic, my son called around Saturday to obtain an exterminator and Orkin replied, gave a window time that they would be at the house, my son had to take off work in order to meet the schedule and about 15 mins before the window expired, they called to say they do not handle racoons in the attic. I would think that they would have known this fact on Saturday, or at the very least, early this morning. No, they waited until the scheduled time was almost expired to call to say they don't handle racoons. The person that my son talked to on Saturday was told very clearly that there were racoons in the attic. Why did this person just spin our wheels? Some people work contract and they don't get paid when they have to take off to handle these types of situations. This was a total lack of respect on their part and they are obviously more important than either my son or myself as they made us wait with no results and I will have to live with the noise tonight again. Called another contractor right after Orkin gave us the news and they agreed to meet my son after my son gets off of work tomorrow. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Is Orkin going to reimburse us for the time spent sitting at home waiting for a non-existent visit?

They did a good job, but they were too expensive.

They've done an excellent job with the contract since we've been treated by them. We haven't had any recurrence of termites returning. Their chemicals are affective and they do a great job.

They come in once every other month. I signed out for a two or three year contract with them. They spray inside and outside, but just minimal. I haven't seen any ants since then, and it has been great. I would use them again in the future.

They seemed to be a quality company. They came out when they said they did and they did a very thorough job. If I hadn't selected another supplier, it would have been Orkin. It was very close.

When I am at home, they spray inside my house. If I am not there, they just do the outside. I usually call them the day before so that they can come and spray. They notify me the day before they come. They are prompt and efficient. If we call them for any issue, they will come out the next day.

They do an annual termite inspection and then they come out every 6 months. We have a termite contract with them. They do a good job and we will continue to use them.

They come out once a year and do basic extermination. When we were faced with rat menace they used to come out once a month to check everything out.

Cost is per year. They are satisfactory. They are professional. They come and check the house once a year.

The company has been coming to my home every month for two years to spray the inside of it. They are always careful with any chemicals used, and make sure not to spill or over-spray with them since I own a cat. They are really good at spraying every area, including my attic and garage, which amazes me. They also inspect the entire house to make sure there are not any pest problems. The employees are very professional, and courteous every time they come out.
