HORRIBLE and INEXCUSABLE ESPONSIVENESS: I was VERY disappointed to not have heard back from this guy at all. After pre-paying the money, all we had to do was schedule the visit. I wasn't even in a huge hurry to get it done, so I would've been very flexible with the schedule. But to hear NOTHING back after 2 weeks of waiting, without so much as a courtesy call, really left me with a sour taste about this contractor.
Description of Work: Purchased 4 Toilet Rebuilds (at $105 each) in advance through Angie's List. Left numerous voicemails and sent emails also and NEVER received a SINGLE response. Called Angie's List and they promptly refunded my money and I found a very responsive plumber (MacKenzie Plumbing in The Woodlands/Spring, TX area).

The plumber showed up on time, told me what the problem was and got my approval on the cost and repaired it promptly. Great job!!!

Arrived on time. Clean and professional. Very considerate of my floors while he took out the old water heater. Recommended the best affordable water soften. It works perfect . I love having a tankless water heater. Never runs out of hot water. Recommend it! Kevin was professional and gave me a fair price for quality work. Plan on using him again!
Description of Work: Completely overwhelmed with the pure quality and professionalism ! Replaced water heater and put in a water softener . Master plumber 25 years experience really shows and because it's a small company he beat all Other bids I had ! Wil use Kevin again!
