Description of Work: They had trouble diagnosing the problem. After the first repair, they returned a couple of times only charging for parts until they could determine the problem. They did a great job, with a difficult problem. We were very pleased with their service.

Description of Work: the ice maker broken. the next day it started working. the guy said, i need a new I MACHINE 300.00 i didnt have. |my thing is, he didnt do anything to try to fix the ice machine. so, therefore i am disappointed. in this day and age, people dont just have money laying around for an ice machine. so, i just go to the 99cent store and buy ice as needed.

When he came to check it out, he immediately found that the nob was broken and was not hitting all the cycles appropriately. He fixed me up with another nob, and when he found out my air duct tubing was falling apart, fixed me up with that item also. Then only charged me for the nob and tubing, since I'm a return customer with him. He is one of the most honest service providers I've ever dealt with. He doesn't try to sell you more than you need or fix something that isn't really broken. I've used him on more than one occasion and have been excited to recommend him to my friends. So, when I joined Angie's List .... and I asked if he was listed, I knew I had to write a great review. Don't hesitate to call him! He's great!
