A Noble Service came and diagnosed the issue with my refrigerator. According to the technician, the gasket needed to be replaced. They had to order the part and return to fix it. They replaced the black gasket with a white gasket. This is not the proper replacement part. We were told we should wait a few days to see if the refrigerator began to work properly. It did not fix the problem. We had to call them back out and when we brought up the issue of the gasket color, the owner refused to replace it. It was our fault not the technician's who ordered the wrong part. My refrigerator is still frosting up in the freezer and not cooling in the refrigerator. The owner has refused to work with me in any way. He offered to come out for an additional charge to try and fix the issue. So for $500, I have gotten no where and my refrigerator no longer looks like the model I purchased. I would not recommend this company.

Jose came out on time and took the dryer practically apart and determined the problem and had the parts on the truck. So the whole service didn't take very long. Jose is very pleasant and professional. Machine still has other things that need to be done but we we're trying to keep the cost down and the machine is 10 years old. Other than it being a little pricey I now have a dryer that dries so it's back to work for me. The clothes are waiting.

A service visit was avoided because of the contact person's experience and thoughtfulness. I had called because our dishwasher was not draining. The gentleman asked if I had just installed a food-waste disposer. I had. The new unit was an upgrade by the same manufacturer, so it was a 'drop-in' replacement. Since the mount and fittings were identical, I didn't refer to the installation instructions, missed the note about removing the plug in the dishwasher connection. He could've said nothing, sent out a technician and billed me for something I took care of myself in less than two minutes. This is a trustworthy outfit. No point in calling someone else the next time we have an appliance problem.

We called A Noble Services on Friday afternoon for a refrigerator issue - the compressor was not starting. We explained our problem when we called and got an appointment for Saturday morning. The Noble technican arrived on time, was very professional, courteous, straight forward and knowlageable on all the questions we asked. He quickly diagnosed the problem and the relay-starter was immediately replaced. The refrigerator started working immediately. We were very pleased by his service. and will definitely request A Noble Services again should we have any other appliance issues

Got to us the same day we called! They were very knowledgable and probably would have saved us several hundred dollars had I called them instead of calling another provider for a previous but related issue. My refrigerator might have been able to be repaired at an earlier date, but by the time I called Noble the damages were so great it didn't make sense to repair it. Next time I will call them first! I'm confident it's the only call I'll need to make.

The service was excellent. The owner arrived less than 2 hours after I called about my refrigerator and had it fixed for us that day. Very pleasant to work with, very professional, very informed. Took great care of us. Thanks Noble!

I had A Noble Services come out to my house for service to my washer on one visit and dryer on another. Both appliences are 12 years old. The company came to my house for same day service on both occasions. They were up front with pricing. The technician had parts on the truck to repair each appliance same day. I also felt the technician was honest and felt safe with him in my home. I would highly recommend A Noble Services for anyone needing quality repairs performed on any appliance in their home.

6-14 Having trouble with an upright freezer I purchased recently from a mom and pop shop. Called in, they explained there would be a $65 trip charge (not $45 like in the description) and they would try for same day if not next morning service. I described over the phone the problem, Noble explained it may be an expensive repair and they had replacement freezers for sale, but would have to check prices. After checking said they would be 500ish or more. I said to just do the service trip to see what was going on. Luckily, a cancellation occurred so they sent someone out a few hours later. He took it apart and came up with a small leak diagnosis. But said they would have to replace everything and that would be about a $550 repair job. Either way I would be in it for $500 with them. I decided to defer for the time being and seek and alternative option. 6-15 Spoke to several other appliance repairmen. Explained the same situation. Most said the same thing, would be costly to replace, might as well buy a new one. But each asked what the freon level was. I mentioned ANS didn't check it. Got another company to come out. They placed a service valve and charged the system. Turns out I only had 1 oz of freon in it and it was extremely low. Started freezing overnight and had 200# of meat frozen in less than 24 hrs. 6-18 still going strong. Not sure why ANS never checked the freon level. But seems it has fixed it up for the time being or beyond. Even if it only works for a few months, that will be fine at least I can come up with reserve funds to purchase a new one rather than be bullied into a $500+ purchase or repair. 10-14-13 Over a year later, and still going strong with no problems from just adding the Freon.

It was a very unsettling experience. I tore apart my washing machine myself. Fixed the problem. Now, I can't get it back together. I'm a 65 yr old single female. You tell me.. what is going on here?

Refrigerator/Freezer stopped cooling and had just done a shopping, so the unit was filled with much food. Called A Noble Service and they had a technician to my residence within 2 hours. The unit was 12 years old so some of the components wore out and also had excessive dust buildup. He installed a hard start kit, checked and cleaned the compressor and checked the system and freon. The service cost $313.43, but I had an Angieslist 5% coupon, so the final cost was $299.43. The Technician was very professional, knowledgeable and explained everything with great detail. He was effiecient and had the unit back up and running in no time.

They were prompt and did what they said they were going to do. They are dependable and honest.

I starting out calling numerous appliance repairmen and was being told they did not service Samsung dryers or that it was going to be very expensive to fix and I could probably buy a new dryer for the cost of Samsung parts and that all new energy efficient dryers were lasting 2-4 years and they couldn't fit me in for a week. After being totally deflated as my dryer is barely 2 years old and hanging my clothes on a laundry line outside I called A Noble Service. The person who answered the phone was so polite and professional and quoted me half the "call out" fee of all the other service companies I had called, and said the fee would be applied to the cost of repair! Instead of scaring me, he told me they could come that afternoon and would come with a truck full of parts! Right on time I received a call from Jose and he was on his way. He got to the house at 3:00pm and was extremely professional and very nice. He got right to the diagnoses and told me it could be one of three things. In 10 minutes he said yep it is one of those things and explained his findings and told me he did not have the part with him but he could get it and have it fixed for me tomorrow (which was a Saturday!!!! He was willing to fix it on a Saturday!) I told him we were headed out of town tomorrow so not to worry about it until Monday and he said great and left. Within 5 minutes he called me back and said he could get the part today after all and fix it today!!!! He was back and had it all fixed before 6:00pm. It was greatness. Thank you so much to Jose and A Noble Service!!!! I will recommend you to all of my friends!

When I first called them out, they did not find anything wrong with the dryer so they charged me the service call, they left and the next week the dryer was acting up again. I called them back and they did come out and did some more investigating and did find the problem, repaired it and did not charge anything extra. They were prompt and courteous and they were professional as well.

Fantastic - upon thorough inspection they determined there was no need to be concerned and advised it would not be worth the expense to perform repairs that may or may not quiet the machine. Their honesty was a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend A Noble Service.

We had our fire in our house. Afterward, some of the appliances were not working correctly. We were referred to A Noble Service by our insurance company. He came to do an estimate on one appliance and gave us a free estimate on a second appliance and then fixed it on the spot. He is very responsive and a great guy to work with.

Professional service and a fair price.

I called them up and they asked me detailed questions about the nature of the problem with my washing machine. They suggested that the washing machine was vibrating because the shipping pins were still installed in the back of the washer. After confirming I had removed the pins they sent out a technician within 2 hours. The technician looked professional and was very courteous. He spent some time examining the washer and could find no obvious signs of why the washer was vibrating. He then offered to help me raise the legs and start leveling the washer again. It was at this point he noticed that the legs were screwed in past their threads (and the locking nuts were missing) and we discovered the vibration was due to the machine "jumping" on the screw below the threads. He was able to force the front two legs up into the threads and the vibration was noticeably reduced. He recommended I purchase new legs to reduce the vibration further.

I called Noble Service and explained the problem I was having with the ice maker in my refrigerator and we set an appointment time for noon that day. He arrived on time and had the part needed to fix the problem. He was a friendly clean-cut guy and I felt comfortable having him in my house. He even told me how to prevent the problem from occurring again. Overall, a good experience.

Working with them was a breeze. Appointment setup was easy, and the technician arrived promptly and was able to quickly determine the issue with the washer and provide an estimate. Unfortunately, it didn't make sense cost-wise to repair, so we subsequently replaced with a new washer, but we would gladly use them again in the future.

The computerized operating panel (location of operational buttons) on our Whirlpool (Cabrio model) washing machine (7 years old) had begun to not operate properly (failure with "wash fill" and "rinse refill" water cycles). After locating A Nobel Service (appliance repair) on Angie's list and reading customers' excellent reviews about it, as well as seeing it was fairly close to our home, I decided to choose it to hopefully repair our washing machine. I called them and talked to Noble, the owner. He was very polite, as well as professional over the phone. I explained to him the problems with our washing machine. He scheduled for Jose to come to our home the next afternoon. An hour ahead of time the next day, Jose called to say that he was available to come early, if that was OK with me. I told him that it was OK. Within 20 minutes, he arrived. Jose was extremely friendly and professional, as well as very neat in his appearance. I immediately took him to our laundry room, while telling him the full details about the problems with our washing machine. It took him only a few minutes to remove the computerized operating panel and run tests on the computerized wiring. He called me to come, so that he could show and explain to me the issues. Due to the age of the washing machine, the panel had begun to have some system failures with it. This did not surprise me, because a year and half before, we also had to replace the computerized operating panel on the matching Whirlpool (Cabrio model ) dryer. At that time, not knowing about A Noble Service, I called a different appliance repair service, also on Angie's List. They also did a good job, but had to order the needed panel, which took about a week to receive and install. I called that particualr service again for the washer panel repair, but they suggested I call a Whirlpool repair service. Thus, I went to Angie's list once again and then found A Noble Service. Not only did Jose show and explain to me the needed repair on my washing machine, but he then told me the wonderful news that he had 3 different types of computerzed operating panels in his repair truck, and one of them was a new and improved version of the one that we needed. How lucky was that! Most services would probably have had to order this panel, not keeping them in stock, since they are expensive. Jose also showed me, in case I didn't want to replace the panel, an "optional fix" how if I pressed on the orignial panel board (not the buttons) for a few seconds, the panel would re-set itself and would work, but this was really only a temporary fix. Thus, I could choose the "optional fix" or replacement with a new panel. I chose the new panel, knowing it would have to be repaced sooner or later and more likely sooner. Jose then explained to me that the new panel was not cheap. I already knew this after having replaced the panel on our dryer. Anyway replacement of a new panel was cheaper than buying a new washer, which would also call for buying a new dryer, since I like for both machines visually to match. I asked Jose about how much a new Whirlpool (Cabrio model) washing machine costs these days. He said about a $800.00 to $1,000.00. Also, since I was a new customer, as well as a Sr. citizen, Jose called his office and got it approved to give me an extra 5% off for each, equaling a 10% discount. Jose also shared with me the name of a product, "Miracle Washer", that I could purchase at possibly Sears, Home Depot, Lowe's, etc, to clean out the tub on my washer (gummy from Downy), which I did not know about it. My husband didn't find "Miracle Washer" at Sears, but they had a similiar product, "affresh", which he purchased. After using it, our washer tub is much cleaner. Within a short time, Jose installed the new panel and then tested the "fill" and "refill" cycles. He also had me to come and test it. It worked perfect then, as well as throughout this week, as I have used it. THANK YOU "A NOBLE SERVICE" and JOSE!

Our washing machine stopped working about a week ago. We found A Noble Service using Angie's List and decided to give them a shot based on the reviews. Everything we read about them was correct. They were able to send someone out the same day and fix it in one trip. Both Noble and the repairman he sent to out house were very professional and polite. After he was done with the work, he showed us the parts that were broken and demonstrated that everything was now working. Would definitely recommend!

A Noble service was very professional and timely in responding to my request for the applance installation. On the day of the install, the service professional contacted me to apprise me of his status. Upon his arrival at my home, the service technician went right to work and completed the install in a very timely manner. The old appliance was removed from my property and the work area was cleaned by the service technician. I would definitely use A Noble Service again and would rate them as A+!!

I'm on a plan and I pay when they come. I don't have to sign a contract. They come every 6 months and if they need to come in-between, there is no extra charge. It is a family owned business and it is the same guy that comes each time so I know him. I like that because it is not strangers coming into the house every time. The price is good and they come on time each time.

I really like Noble. He has come to my house twice to fix a dryer (two separate issues). He is prompt returning your call and is dependable. His price seems reasonable and it appears that he fixes the problem and doesn't try to find other problems that will raise the cost of the repair like some of my other appliance repair experiences. Really nice guy.
