This process should be done on every house as part of the home inspection before buying a house. Would you buy a house that had mold, asbestos, poor air quality? NO!! Just like I wouldn't buy a house with a hole in the roof, busted pipes or crumbling foundation. This process should be added to the overall steps of Safety & Health checklist to an inspection. I learned a lot and was highly impressed with the education given and professionalism with the services that were performed. I will definitely be recommending this company and its services to all homebuyers & homeowners.

Total professionalism, thorough, on time, courteous with vase knowledge, which helped me to understand what I was possibly dealing with in my home.. The representative was also Covid safe with a mask and wore protective shoe covers. Iâ m grateful to have gotten a retable company that I felt was trustworthy. The company was very flexible and easy to do business with. Their tech explained each step of the process and proceeded to do the work within a reasonable time frame. I probably should have waited to see if I received my report as promised but I'm sure it will happen just as I was told.

I was looking for somebody that I felt was going to be honest and gave me the hard knock version as well as the good version meaning that I needed somebody that wasn't going to come and be on my side but going to level with me and be completely honest about the process and what may happen and everything, the gentleman that came out his name was Charles, right off the bat I knew I could trust and make an appointment with him right over the phone I felt comfortable and easy and after everything I've been through with this whole process I instinctively knew after speaking to six other people that he was not only the right person for the job but the only person. He is extremely friendly, he is extremely knowledgeable and he talks about every step he does not skip any beats and he's going to give you the truth that also explains the relevance to each situation every person situation is different so I'm going to leave it to you like this if you suspect if you have any suspect in Houston at all especially with all the hurricanes and all the outages and all that that you may have black mold in your home or you feel suspect that you're sick or are you still suspect that somebody in your house is sick or just have light suspect this is the only person I would hire, and I'm going to add an extra touch to this after already liking him and loving his performance he went an extra step and he didn't have to he went an extra step and he didn't have to actually two because he was concerned and he did it because he was concerned and the fact is we live in a world where people don't do that much anymore I know I do, but I've been through a lot in the last few years and I am very much somebody who's highly suspect of everybody and I was never once of him and I'm most likely going to hire him again and the next few weeks to do two other jobs for me so I going to leave you with no other impressions but this if you don't hire him I think you're making the biggest mistake of your life your health is important if your family is important it's going to work with somebody who cares about those things.
